Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2011 Chateau Guitignan, Moulis, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A light, simple wine with a floral nose, hints of raspberry, cherry, plum and chocolate and a nice earthy finish with a touch of oak.
This wine pairs well with: Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Pepperoni Pizza, Pork
