Clacton Pier 04/05/19
Clacton Pier, Clacton, Essex first opened its doors to the public in 1871 and still remains a firm favourite to UK day-trippers today. In its halcyon days, the pier boasted rides such as Steel Stella, a wooden rollercoaster and a Vekoma looper and now houses more modest rides.
In this video these are included, such as the Miami ride, a sonacase twister, Waltzer, a flying hats type ride and three roller coasters which is forefronted by an Interpark 'coaster in Stella' s revenge which a POV from the ride can be found on this channel.
At the time of writing, all day wristbands can be bought in-line, in advance for a saving of £3 against the on-the-day charge and a combo band for 20 pound which includes the go carts and adventure golf.
Also on entering the pier, an expansive indoor arcade with games can be found and a sea aquarium for a surplus charge.
Also apologies for any wind interference and for misquoting the nearby park. It is in fact Pavilion park!

Sam and I took a trip to the English seaside, we went to Clacton Pier in Essex for the day :)
Watch to see what we got up to, including fish and chips, arcade machines and ice cream! :P
Clacton Pier is one of many beaches/piers around where we live but I think this one (although under construction when we visited May 2018) is one of the best ones for the arcades, rides and it's sandy beach.
