Visiting the TAJ MAHAL a WORLD WONDER + Day Trip to Fatehpur Sikri | Agra, India
On my fourth day in India I teamed up with Tours by Locals to explore the Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. Tours by Locals in Agra:
TRAVEL HUSTLE REPEAT GEAR ►
MY FILM MAKING KIT ►
The best way to get to Agra from Delhi is to take the high speed train which is called the Gatiman Express. It take's only 90 minutes to get to Agra. The train runs everyday (except Friday) at 8:10 am.
When I arrived Shanoo my Tours by Locals guide picked me up and took me straight to the Taj Mahal. This is the most beautiful building in the world! It is my 4th wonder and it was truly amazing!
After that we went to Handicraft Marble Industries to see how the same families that made the Taj Mahal still put inlays in to marble. This is definitely a must visit after seeing the Taj Mahal.
Lastly we headed to Fatehpur Sikri a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is located around a 45 minute drive South West of Agra. Fatehpur Sikri was founded as the capital of Mughal Empire in 1571 by Emperor Akbar, serving this role from 1571 to 1585. It was abandoned in 1610. If you have two days in Agra then you have to go visit Fatehpur Sikri!
I hope you loved this video! Have you ever been to the Taj Mahal or any other of the seven wonders of the world or Fatehpur Sikri?

Jaisalmer City Guide | India Travel Video in Rajasthan
Join us as we visit Jaisalmer in this city travel guide covering the best things to do and top attractions in the 'Golden City' of Rajasthan, India. Located nearby the Pakistan border and at the doorsteps of the Thar Desert 'The Great Indian Desert' this small sized jewel of a city is a welcome change for those arriving from bustling Delhi, Jodhpur or Jaipur. Jaisalmer Fort is one of the most amazing places I've ever visited in India. As a living fort you'll find a plethora of shops selling souvenirs, restaurants, hotels and Jain temples. You can get lost meandering down narrow alleys and enjoy the best views of the city along the edges of the walls or by having rooftop tea or dinner. You'll also want to budget time to visit the Thar Desert on a camel safari ride where you'll pass by gypsy villages and enjoy local cuisine and tea prepared over a fire. Come find out why Jaisalmer (जैसलमेर) is one of our favorite cities in Rajasthan, India.
Things to do in Jaisalmer Travel Guide:
1) Jaisalmer Fort (जैसलमेर फोर्ट) to shop for souvenirs and wandering around
2) Visiting a Jain Temple in the Thar Desert)
3) Thar Desert (लाइक,कमेंट व सब्सक्राइब करे) experiencing the culture, food and gypsy villages
4) Camel Safari ride in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India visiting the Sam Sand Dunes (1 day, 3 day and week long options)

Our visit Jaisalmer travel guide documentary covers some of the top attractions including camel safaris in the Thar desert, Jaisalmer Fort by day and night, fascinating Jain temples and the city by day and evening when Jaisalmer comes alive at night. We also cover off-the-beaten-path activities you won't find in a typical Jaisalmer tourism brochure, Jaisalmer city tour or Jaisalmer itinerary.
Jaisalmer City Guide | India Travel Video in Rajasthan Transcript:
After an 18 hour overnight train ride from Delhi, we finally reached Jaisalmer, a city of yellow sandstone that lies in the middle of the Thar Desert. This proved to be my favourite stop of our month long adventure in India; now let me take you on a tour and show you why.
With so much colour all around us, it wasn’t long before we were lured into a shop and found ourselves picking out souvenirs in the form of wall hangings, pillow cases, and a small painting or two. Our luggage gained an extra couple of pounds in this city alone.
But it wasn’t all shopping in Jaisalmer. We also made time to do a bit of sightseeing inside the fort, and one of the main attractions here are the Jain Temples.
Another thing we’d recommend doing in Jaisalmer is having dinner on a rooftop restaurant while the sun sets. There are plenty of restaurants scattered across the city and the views you get as the sun goes down are amazing. We chose one at random and it included a live music performance.
The following day was all about visiting the Thar Desert on an afternoon camel trek. It was a nice change of pace from the city, and we got to enjoy a traditional meal cooked over a campfire.
The next morning we went back to the fort because we just couldn’t stay away. I visited the Jaisalmer Fort Palace Museum & Heritage Center, while Sam and his mom picked up a few additional gifts for family back home.
This is part of our Travel in India video series showcasing Indian food, Indian culture and Indian cuisine.

India's golden triangle is a tourist circuit which connects the national capital Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on a map. The trips usually start in Delhi moving south to the site of Taj Mahal at Agra, then west, to the desert landscapes of Rajasthan. It is normally possible to do the trip by coach or private journey through most tour operators. The Golden Triangle is now a well traveled route providing a good spectrum of the country's different landscapes.[1] The circuit is about 720 km by road. Each leg is about 4 to 6 hours of drive. The Shatabdi express train also connects Delhi with Agra and Jaipur.

Special Rajasthan, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Shreenathji Tour 2019
Wander through the Royal Ruins! Rajasthan is the life of India, essence of our country. The colorful, lively and traditional state of India has rich culture and history. Rajasthan has more history than the rest of India put together. There is a reason it’s called the “Land of Kings”, it is indeed a fabulous realm of maharajas and their majestic forts and lavish palaces. It has a romantic past which reminds us of heroism, honor and chivalry. Legend says that Rajasthan is home to Rajputs who have ruled Rajasthan for 1000 years and the fascinating part is that they claim to have originated from the sun, moon and fire.

Beginner's Guide to India
In this guide to India for beginners, Wild Frontiers founder Jonny Bealby talks about two perfect destinations for the first-time visitor - Rajasthan and Kerala.
Rajasthan, Delhi and the Taj Mahal
Dealing with Rajasthan first, there are very good reasons why over half of all first timers travel here. Firstly it's close to Delhi where there are excellent flight connections and which is itself a fascinating city. A veritable tale of two cities Delhi combines the busy hustle bustle of the dramatic Moghul Old Town -- with its narrow alleys, its markets and mosques - with the sublime New Town, where quiet parks and tree lined avenues are peppered by some of the country's most magnificent architecture. From here you can travel easily, either by car or train, down to Agra where most go to visit the essential and truly amazing Taj Mahal.
And from here, either travelling via the tiger park at Ranthambore -- which does offer one of the best chances in the world to see a tiger in the wild -- making up the third stop in the triangle, there's the quintessential Rajput town of Jaipur with its bustling bazaar, its famous palace of the winds and the nearby Amber Fort. And that in itself makes a 7 to 10 day holiday.
But if you have a bit more time and want to scratch a little deeper into what is arguable India's most colourful state, from here there are a number of other routings that can take you to some of the Rajasthan's more wonderful offbeat converted Rajput palace hotels. Right now I'm at just such a place, called Castle Bijaipur, from which you can ride the Marwari Horses, go for bicycling rides or just enjoy a bit of relaxation by the pool. There are many such properties in this part of India which you can mix up with other famous towns like Pushkar, Bundi or Jodhpur.
And a great place to finish your trip to Rajasthan is the lake city of Udaipur. Sitting on the banks of the beautiful Lake Picola, Udaipur is a stunning place, packed with impressive palaces, temples and shops; it's easy to navigate and walk around and is often referred to as the Venice of the East. Not only is this one of my favourite towns in India it also has very convenient flight connections back to London, meaning you can spend your last night here -- having dinner at one of the wonderful rooftop restaurant -- and bounce through Delhi without being forced to spend an extra night there.
VTC: Rajasthan is India's most colourful state, it has most of the country's must see attractions, and some of her best hotels.
If you like to travel in a small group our Taj, Temples and Tigers would tick all these boxes as would our India in Slow Motion if you like your travels a bit more off the beaten track; And if you like to travel privately give us a call and one of our expert travel planners will be happy to help design a trip especially for you.
Kerala and the South
However, if something else, perhaps a little less frenetic appeals, then why not head south to the beautiful state of Kerala, which is where I am now.
Kerala is a stunning state situated at the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent and if Rajasthan and the north represents and great place for travel, Kerala, with its beautiful beaches, its temple culture and its meandering backwater cruises, offers the chance to truly relax and enjoy a more traditional holiday.
A great routing here is to fly in to Bangalore, drive down through Mysore -- with its colourful market and immense palace -- to the beach. There are a number of fabulous properties dotted up and down the coast, and in my option none is more special that Neeleshwar Hermitage. Here you can relax, walk along the beach, enjoy truly delicious cuisine and take a backwater cruise.
Using these old converted rice barges to float through the tranquil back water canals is a quintessential part of a trip to the south. And from here you can continue down the coast to another of my favourite towns, Cochin, a place that hasn't changed much from when my mother lived here as a small girl. This route makes for a perfect 10 day holiday, but if you have a bit more time and want to turn your holiday into more of a travelling experience, you can head up to the hill stations of Ooti and Munnar and on into temple filled Tamil Nadu.
Rajasthan and Kerala are the ideal locations for the inquisitive traveller coming to India for the first time. We have a number of small group departures for those that don't wish to travel alone, and a team of experts back in London to help those of you looking for a tailored experience ready to help you create your ideal trip.

See & Do - Discover Jaipur
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jaipur has a lot to offer in terms of history, culture amongst a riot of colours.
Located smack-bang in the middle of the city and painted pink just like its home, the Hawa Mahal is a stunning honeycombed structure that was originally constructed in 1799 so that the women of the house could watch the city from inside the palace.
As the name suggests, Johri Bazaar is a shopping area purpose-built for traditional Rajasthani jewellery. A shopper’s paradise, it is a particular delight for people looking to buy precious and semi-precious stones.
Jantar Mantar: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this unique construction is a collection of architectural astronomical instruments that were built in the 1700s to measure the heavens!
Known for its confluence of Hindu and Muslim design, the beautiful Amber Fort is not just a sight for the eyes, it is also an architectural marvel. Be sure to check out the stunning sound and light show by the Maota lake.
Built as a shooting range lodge for the Maharaja of Jaipur, Jal Mahal is a crowd puller today, especially due to its unique location – the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. While it’s a sharp contrast from the stunning blue waters, the Jal Mahal blends in with lake almost as if it were a floating palace.

Assalamu’alaikum,
November 2018 saya menjejak The Golden Triangle of India, yakni Kota Jaipur, Kota Agra dan Kota Delhi.
Masing-masing hanya menggunakan waktu 1 hari. Sehingga total semua saya jalankan selama 3 hari.
Semoga bermanfaat,

India's First 42 Sleeper Berths Super Premium Volvo B11R Bus- Stunning Interiors & Exteriors !!!
Mumbai - Goa - Mumbai Multi Axle Volvo B11R I-Shift of Citizen/Kanade Travels becomes the First Multi Axle Volvo B11R to have 42 Sleeper Berths. Prakash Bus Corporation (PBC) stepped into the OEM premium bus building in a venture with Volvo Buses India with the launch of its Celeste Premium multiaxle sleeper coach in September 2017. The brand is getting good response from bus fleet operators with a good sales record. The Celeste coaches delivered to Kanade Travels were first of the kind OEM multiaxle sleeper coaches built on Volvo B11R 14.5M chassis having 42 sleeper berths capacity. The description of my compilation can be read as follows;
1) Mumbai - Goa's Mighty and Beautiful Multi Axle Volvo B11R I-Shift of Kanade Travels arrives. I did a journey from Mumbai to Pune for official work and also wanted to experience my first Volvo B11R journey. This is 14.5M long and India's First Volvo with 42 Sleeper Berths.
2) A coverage of clean comfortable and stunning Interiors with powerful AC, TV, charging points and enough headroom for person to sit for hours.
3) Now I relax on Upper Berth for 1 person and capture inside view and outside view. We climb over 3 flyovers of Goregaon and get to capture few towers, Oberoi Mall and 35 storey Five Star Hotel Westin too.
4) Now I comfortably relax and sit at a Lower Berth and get proper outside Views. In my previous Volvo B9R Sleeper Coaches, lower berths were a little down and had to lean up a bit to see outside view. Also head room was issue too.
5) 3 Images of Kanade Travels Volvo B11R from inside and outside.
