Best Free Campsite In Washington State!????????????????⛺
Our first ever campervan boondocking campsite at Little Twin Lakes Campground in the Colville National Forest. We explore a couple of beautiful lakes, discover a tranquil and secluded campground all to ourselves, and experience a phenomenal sunset on our drive home. We found the campground on free campsites.net, and believe there is a 14 day stay limit. The sites were all a short walk to the boat launch, and a very clean pit toilet. All sites also included a picnic table and fire ring.

North Cascades Grizzly Bear Restoration Environmental Impact Statement
The National Park Service (NPS) and the United
States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) are pleased
to announce the availability of the Draft Grizzly Bear
Restoration Plan/Environmental Impact Statement (draft
EIS) for the North Cascades Ecosystem.
Early in this process, we asked for your input on our
stated goals for the plan, and the issues which could
arise through its implementation. Using the feedback we
received during that initial public scoping effort, and input
from an interagency planning team, we developed a
range of restoration alternatives and analyzed the potential
impacts of those alternatives. All of this information is now
presented for your review in the draft EIS.
The draft EIS is available for public review and comment
through March 14, 2017. The full

Fresno County Emergency Resolution Not Taken Seriously By The US Forest Service, WHY?
WRCFresnoTV -- Fresno County Emergency Resolution Not Taken Seriously By The US Forest Service, WHY?
The USFS -- Sierra Forest Planning Meeting -- 10-year Resource Management Plan
Dean Gould US Forest Supervisor was adamant about not closing additional access for the Frogs & Toads decision, but had to admit that he did not control the mandates he receives from Washington, Sacramento, or Vallejo...
Mr. Gould's supervisor from the USFS Region 5 office in Vallejo was in attendance and gave vague and elusive answers to every question asked of him... It is easy to understand why a political individual has been put in charge, side stepping questions is an art...
Mr. Gould seems to between a well funded neo-environmentalist (including individuals within his own leadership structure) that want to limit or eliminate human access to our forest; and an overwhelming demand from American citizens to remove most if not all restrictions, and for the USFS - Sierra Forest to start properly managing our forest...
It was pointed out that in the current USFS - 10 year Forest Plan the Congress passed legislation and the President signed into law the legal authority to immediately start an emergency plan correctly manage the forest...
Defend Rural America has shown Patriots the solution, which is Jurisdiction, and this remedy needs to be implemented immediately.

White Bluffs - Hanford Reach North Slope - Eastern Washington State
White Bluffs, which is part of the Hanford Reach, contains some of the most scenic desert wilderness in Eastern Washington. The Columbia River carved its way through the basin, creating a mosaic of clay and sandstone cliffs, huge sand dunes and small spring feed lakes reminiscent of the Dakota Bad Lands. The bright white cliffs and rock and clay formations are a treasure to explore, and a testament to the power of water and wind.

False Promises Newly Updated
We, the Wenatchi Indians, wish to have our fishing and hunting rights restored to us in the Wenatchee Valley and forests. (Chief John Harmelt, 1933).
False Promises makes an impassioned plea for the return of the land that was taken from the Wenatchi Indians of Washington State. For generations they lived and fished on their land. In 1855, they were offered a reservation under the terms of the Yakama Treaty. The US failed to honor that treaty as well as others which were made with the tribe. In 1937, Wenatchi chief John Harmelt died, but today his granddaughter and her children have taken up the fight. When will the US right this historical wrong?
With an Emmy-winning score by Lynette Westendorf, and directed, photographed and edited by award-winning filmmaker Rustin Thompson, False Promises is an elegiac and compelling story of injustice and hope.
