Celtic Roots - Trailer English
Celtic Roots is a multidisciplinary educational project which aims to explore the common knowledge and create communication among children from countries that share a common Atlantic culture.
This CD-DVD features songs from Galician and Irish traditional music, performed by students from CEIP. Humberto Juanes in Nigrán (Galicia), St. John's Catholic Primary School in Manchester (UK) and St. Cronan's School in Bray (Ireland), and special help from Xose Manuel Budiño in Galicia, Michael McGoldrick in United Kingdom and Dònal Lunny in Ireland, who have made this work possible.
Tionscadal oideachasúil ildisciplíneach é Celtic Roots. An aidhm den tionscadal ná iniúchadh a dhéanamh ar an eolas coiteann, agus cumarsáide a chruthú i measc leanaí leis an gcultúr Atlantach céanna.
Ins an ceirnín seo, tá amhráin Gailísis agus Éireannach, á chanadh ag mic léinn ó CEIP. Humberto Juanes i Nigrán (an Ghailís), St.John's Catholic Primary School i Manchester (an Ríocht Aontaithe) agus scoil St.Cronan's i mBré (Éireann), le comhoibriú speisialta ó Xose Mañuel Budiño sa Ghailís, Michael McGoldrick sa Ríocht Aontaithe agus Dónal Lunny in Éirinn, a rinne an tionscadal seo indéanta.

For any copyright, please send me a message. ITV's Cold Feet will return for a ninth series and viewers will be dying to know where the popular show is shot. If lucky, fans may also have a chance to visit the filming locations in person and get a feel for what it's like to be on the comedy-drama. Where is Cold Feet filmed? Cold feet is filmed on location both in and around the city of Manchester. These are the scenes of the ups and downs Adam and his friends go through on a daily basis. Bridgewater Hall Bridgewater Hall is a concert venue located in the city centre of Manchester which currently hosts over 250 performances a year. The building is host to The Hallé orchestra Hallé Youth Orchestra and Choir and also the main venue for the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra. The building opened in 1996 and it was named after the Third Duke of Bridgewater. Manchester Ship Canal The Manchester Ship canal links the city to the Irish sea. Major landmarks along the route of the canal include the Barton Swing Aqueduct and Trafford Park, Europe's largest planned industrial estate. During the show we see Pete Gifford (played by John Thompson) and Adam Williams (played by James Nesbitt) drag a man out of the in the worst possible scenario for the father of two, who used to suffer from depression. Filmed during early spring of 2018 where the conditions still aren't warm, it must have been a hard scene to film. The Woodstock Pub The Woodstock is located in West Didsbury's most established restaurants and it a favourite amongst the locals. Well-connected to the rest of Manchester, The Woodstock Arms is an ideal spot for relaxation and refreshment after a day’s retail therapy, Chorlton Water Park or one of the many things you can do in the city of Manchester. The pub is certainly a favourite place to visit for buddies Adam, Pete and David (played by Robert Bathurst). Location manager Mark O’Hanlon once said: We always wanted that to feel like that was their local pub in Didsbury, so we always wanted it to feel really authentic to that.” Didsbury From the very moment Cold Feet first burst onto the scene way back in 1998, all the couples have remained in Didsbury and the love for the suburb has never wavered. Pete and Jenny and David and Karen, who live in the two most popular houses on the show, are filmed at properties on Didsbury's, Kingston Road. However, you may be surprised to know that all of the interior scenes that look exactly like really nice houses. In fact, they are actually sets that have been built to film at Gorton's Space Studios. Salford Lads Club The club began well over a century ago in 1903, but became an iconic landmark when its doorstep was used as the setting for the inner sleeve of The Smith

Say the word and it conjures up images of cotton mills, coal mines and the Co-operative Movement. But think again.
This is 99% Fact Free Forgotten Lancashire, the home of Uncle Bill's Meat-Free Meatballs, fridge magnets and the Competitive Movement.
The people in this book aren't the famous names from history.
This is a book about ordinary people.
People like you and me who plough the fields, mine the coal and stamp the library books.
People who walk around in the summer with their tops off.
