My friend Bisi and I spent an awesome morning at Jenius Social cookery school in Islington, cooking up a muy tasty tapas spread with chef Andrew, as part of Campo Viejo's #SummerOfColour. It was full of a lot of laughs.

We are an independent, family-run cookery school, based in Wandsworth, South West London. We thrive on all things foodie and incorporate that love and enthusiasm into our carefully structured courses.
Individually, and as a team, we have years of experience. Cookery School at Little Portland Street teaches three teammates from the Enfield Ignatians Rugby Football Club the principles of stew making.
Chocolate Making at BSC London Central
Students at BSC London enjoyed an exciting chocolate making workshop to celebrate Easter!
The 20 students who took part designed and decorated their own chocolate creation. They were then able to take these home to give as gifts or eat.

The Food Sauce team celebrated Shrove Tuesday at The Avenue Cookery School. Our Pancake Day event was to allow food bloggers as well as food brands to come together and take part in a fun packed cookery class.

The Cheshire Cookery School - a brief introduction
In April, more than a month before it officially opened, we were treated to a Mediterranean Food Cookery Demonstration with ChefDirector of the school Jason Palin.

I'm Katy, I'm a busy mum of 3 with two girls and one baby boy. Gracie is 5 and is at school now, Lils is 3 and goes to pre-school part of the week and Wills is 5 months and keeps me on my toes with no sleep!
