Here I visit the museum showcasing memorabilia from one of the greatest television shows of all time (1979-1985)!! My visit brought back unforgettable childhood memories of Bo, Luke, Daisy, Uncle Jesse, Cooter, Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, Boss Hogg and, of course, the legendary General Lee Dodge Charger... The Dukes of Hazzard 40th Anniversary in Nashville REVISED EDITION
The Dukes of Hazzard 40th Anniversary in Nashville with REVISED EDITION just wrapped up Sundy. The cast and fans of the show all came together for a big blowout weekend hosted by Cooter's Place in Nashville, TN. There were autograph sessions for three days with the cast of the show. We got just about everyone on camera saying something that we could, only a couple we couldn't get around to. Team Shroyer was pretty busy with taking care of the needs of Mr. Sonny Shroyer and the big line that never seemed to end each day.
You can get the Hazzard County 40 years merchandise from Cooter's Place while supplies last. Link below.

Some snippits edited from concert footage of THE SHADES OF GRAY band out of Atlanta shot at Cooter Brown Emporium in Blairsville, GA. Cooter Brown Emporium is a unique venue being developed by Keith Murphy, his wife Marimar and childhood friend Bobby. He has two buildings built inside another larger building. One is a 50' style juke joint called Laze Daze at the moment, and the other is an old time Country Store and Museum. A unique location to say the least.

Cooter From Dukes Of Hazzard Talks Confederate Flag With Megyn Kelly
Entire transcript below:
Megyn:
Joining me now, Ben Jones, better known as Cooter from The Dukes of Hazzard, and he was also a Democratic Congressman. Ben, thank you for being here. And, so, I know you have a chain of stores. You guys sell the Confederate flag, and you say, I'm not stopping. Why?
Ben Cooter Jones:
I'm not stopping because 70 million Americans are descended from the Confederacy, and they are our people; our flesh and blood. You know, I was also associated with that show (The Dukes of Hazzard) which 30 million people watched every week, including a whole lot of black folks who still love it, who enjoy it, and understand that flag in that positive context.
I think that the 70 million descendants, who still respect our ancestors for what they did in the context of their times, and with the great progress that we have made in the South, black and white working together, and I was deeply involved in the Civil Rights movement. And, with the 30 million now, 100's of millions of people now who love and enjoy The Dukes of Hazzard every day all over the world, outweighs that handful of pinheaded, bigoted, racists who have created so much trouble in this country. And, I also am deeply concerned that this tsunami of cultural cleansing - this piling-on, this almost hysteria - is going to really damage the tremendous progress that we have made in racial relations in the South.
Megyn:
But, how do you get to the point of those who are offended by the flag, racists and bigoted?
Ben:
No, no, I'm not calling them that. At all. I hope I didn't say that. No. The people who are causing all the trouble are not black folks, they're those so-called white supremacists, like this fool that, this evil human being that murdered those people.
Megyn:
I see. So you think that they've co-opted...you feel they've co-opted a flag, that to you, means what? What does it mean to you?
Ben:
It means a lot of things. A million men, including men from my entire male family from that period, fought for the South. They were some of the most valorous men who ever took up arms. In their time, in their context, they believed they were fighting for their nation. Slavery had existed in this country since 1619. It existed under the American flag from 1776 until 1865. It was not the Southern sin. It was the National sin.
Edward Baptist's book The Half Has Never Been Told will show you - and, the subtitle is How Slavery Built The American Capitalism. Wall Street was created by the slave trade. The profits went north, the cotton went north. And, yet the scapegoat is my grandfather's flag which has been shown in a number of contexts, almost all of them positive.
We despise these evil...I almost said bastards...who desecrate our flag with their hateful rituals.
Megyn:
Cooter, good to see you.
Ben:
Thank you for having me on, Megyn.

More 'Cooters REBEL' Stuff, and a Long History Lesson.
The Major Media hates YouTube. Even PewDiePie is being attacked and trolled by the WSJ (Wall Street Journal). Here I am showing some things I just bought from Cooter's Place in Tennessee. Ben Jones says the major media has and agenda to remove all Southern culture. I say it's much deeper than that. The 'elitist' powers aren't Liberals in any sense of the true meaning of the word. The 'elitists' are Fascist dictators and hate ordinary people that stand up for their rights. The 'Don't Tread on Me' Gadsden version of the Rebel' flags and symbol says it best and it better explains what our forefathers fought for in 1861 - 1865.
