The Nankō Port Town Line (南港ポートタウン線 Nankō Pōto-taun-sen), also called New Tram, is an automated guideway transit system operated by Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau in Suminoe-ku, Osaka, Japan. The line was constructed to serve as the main public transportation for newly built Osaka South Port habitations and facilities. An extension of the line from Cosmosquare to Trade Center-mae was once owned and operated by an Osaka City's subsidiary, Osaka Port Transport System Co., Ltd. (大阪港トランスポートシステム, OTS). The operation of the section was later merged to Osaka City transportation itself to increase the number of passengers by reducing fares previously calculated separately.

Cosmo Tower, formerly known as the World Trade Center, is the tallest building in Sakishima Island, where there are many facilities designed to accommodate business conferences and trade fairs. It offers a observation deck on its 55th floor at 256 meters above ground, which affords a spectacular view of Osaka. There are restaurants and shops on the lower and top floors, while conference rooms and offices occupy most of the floors in between.
Observatory hours: 13:00 to 22:00 (open at 11:00 on weekends)
Observatory Admission: 510 yen

The Osaka Bay Area is a combined young city districts on man-made waterfront islands and peninsulas, built to deal with Osaka's sprawling growth. The area offers a variety of tourist attractions, including museums, theme parks, observatories and shopping centers. Osaka's domestic and international port facilities also stand in the area. This is a little amusement park in Yokohama that we visited on a night off. It is near the enormous Ferris Wheel which is 100 meters in diameter (328 feet)! There is more to the park, but my camera batteries died. If we go back, I will add to this video.

In this showoff I want to quickly show you the top floor of the Osaka Government building known as the Cosmo Tower. The Cosmo Tower is the second tallest building in Osaka and the third tallest in Japan.
What I really liked about the place was how empty it was, normally places in Japan are very crowded so this made everything easy for the day.
