Support RI Libraries
We Need Your help!
In the first week in June, the RI State House will make final decisions on the state budget for the next fiscal year. As we know, the State has leveled funded its allocation to public libraries across the state, and libraries are currently receiving less than the 25% of their city or town's allocation for library support allowed by state law. We want to raise the state funding to the full 25% level and we need your support in persuading the Assembly to do so. Every dollar counts and provides support for vital programming and services throughout Rhode Island.
