LONDON: EXPLORING the CUTTY SARK CLIPPER Ship museum in GREENWICH ????
SUBSCRIBE: - Cutty Sark Clipper Ship museum, Greenwich, London. Vic Stefanu, vstefanu@yahoo.com. Greenwich is an early-established district of today's London, England, centred 5.5 miles (8.9 km) east south-east of Charing Cross. The town lends its name to the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It is also one of the five boroughs of the London Docklands, connected to areas with docks of London historically by river and today to Canary Wharf and other buildings by the East London Line. Greenwich is notable for its maritime history and for giving its name to the Greenwich Meridian (0° longitude) and Greenwich Mean Time.

Visiting Cutty Sark
Find out what a visit to Cutty Sark is like through the eyes of local school children.
In summer 2013, pupils from Wyborne Primary School and St Thomas More and Crown Woods secondary schools in Greenwich, London, made a short film about visiting Cutty Sark.
The students worked with Cutty Sark staff and a tutor and film students from Ravensbourne College to research, storyboard, record and edit their film. They are extremely proud of all they have learnt and achieved in the project and hope you enjoy the film.
The film was made in collaboration with Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site Learning Group partners and schools in the New Eltham area of Greenwich.

Visit London: Top Things To Do In Greenwich London (Cutty Sark)
Visit London: The Cutty Sark, in Greenwich London has to be one of the top things to see on your visit to London. built in 1869 and first owned by John Jock Willis. This old tea clipper has an amazing story to tell and is the last of its kind. It was a trade ship carrying the very lucrative commodity of tea. Back in the 1800’s, tea was worth more than gold. Wealth was measured in tea and only the very rich could afford it. In recent years, the Cutty Sark suffered a few major fires, but thankfully has been meticulously restored and the exhibit is once again open to the public. Don't miss this beautiful ship in the heart of Greenwich.

One of my favourite spot in London is Greenwich - where east meets west and Old historical Royalty meets new modern art and innovation. Greenwich has been at the centre of the world for hundreds of years and you won't want to miss all these lovely places to see.
