Daufuskie Islanders get to work after Hurricane Matthew

Those islanders that stayed on Daufuskie Island during Hurricane Matthew got to work clearing debris and fallen trees from the island's roads.

Stranger in a Southern Land Show - Episode 34 - Fair Game Beverage Company

Jake takes a trip down to Lorax Lane in Pittsboro, NC to visit with Chris Jude of Fair Game Beverage Company. Chris is the head distiller at this very unique facility which is a distillery and a winery. Chirs has had a passion for making rum since his college days at Appalachian State but he was finally able to apply his passion to a business when he came to Fair Game Beverage Company. On the winery side of things Fair Game’s Scuppernong Tipper wine has already been getting rave reviews. - increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain

If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.
