Pre Halloween night 2010 walk of Salem Massachusetts Music by Britannica
Halloween 2010 is coming Sunday night to Salem, Massachusetts. The party goes on the entire month of October here. This is a walk around the city only 6 days before on a Monday night. There was a light fog adding to the atmosphere. The music is an original song by the Salem based band Britannica with the full band and acoustic duo. Those videos are also available on my profile page. Tonight's walk starts where my last Halloween video starts, New Derby St at Artists Row. It then goes to Essex St, Hawthorne Blvd, then up and back on Derby St including some of Pickering Wharf, ending with many of the great restaurants of Washington St.

SUMMARY
=======
The Salem Maritime National Historic Site is a National Historic Site consisting of 12 historic structures, one replica tall-ship, and about 9 acres (36,000 m2) of land along the waterfront of Salem Harbor in Salem, Massachusetts. Salem Maritime is the first National Historic Site established in the United States (March 17, 1938). It interprets the Triangle Trade during the colonial period, in cotton, rum, sugar and slaves; the actions of privateers during the American Revolution; and global maritime trade with the Far East, after independence. The National Park Service manages both the National Historic Site and a Regional Visitor Center in downtown Salem. The National Park Service (NPS) is an agency of the United States Department of the Interior.
In 2014, the National Park Service, which runs the Salem Maritime National Historic Site, released figures and statistics for 2012: there were 756,038 visitors to Salem who spent an estimated $40,000,000. The National Park Service celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2016.

Cove Marina Boat Fire @ 3:25 AM August 10, 2008
Began filming at around 3:25 AM August 10, 2008
Not sure of the exact time when the boat fire was first broadcast to boaters in the Cove Marina. We all heard two horn blasts from a boat on the A dock.
The second horn blast woke most folks from there sleep. We saw the boat burning but hadn't reached the pinnacle seen in the video until about 20 minutes later.
My camera is showing that I began video taping the fire at 3:25AM. Its about 70 seconds long. The file was quite large and I figured this was the best place to put it.
It was quite a blaze and we were all glad no one got hurt.

Most of the Finance and Insurance subsectors contain one or more industry groups of (1) intermediaries with similar patterns of raising and using funds and (2) establishments engaged in activities that facilitate, or are otherwise related to, that type of financial or insurance intermediation. Industries within this sector are defined in terms of activities for which a production process can be specified, and many of these activities are not exclusive to a particular type of financial institution. To deal with the varied activities taking place within existing financial institutions, the approach is to split these institutions into components performing specialized services. This requires defining the units engaged in providing those services and developing procedures that allow for their delineation. These units are the equivalents for finance and insurance of the establishments defined for other industries.

Consumer credit is the portion of credit consumers use to buy non-investment services consumed or goods that depreciate quickly. Consumer credit allows consumers to get an advance or loan to spend money on products or services for family, household or personal uses repaid at a specified future date. Better Qualified helps people build credit with secured credit cards. Secured credit cards are an option to allow a person with a poor credit history or no credit history to have a credit card which might not otherwise be available. This video is Part Two in Demystifying Credit Videos. Next myth that should be demystified is that The burden of proof rests with the consumer to validate information contained on their credit report. The opposite is true under the fair credit reporting act; both federal and various state laws require that the credit agencies bear the burden. The most popular myth that exist is that consumer cannot restore his credit on his own. You can do it yourself (just like you can represent yourself as an attorney in a court of law). Salem, city, Essex county, northeastern Massachusetts, U.S. It lies on Salem Bay Harbor (an inlet of Massachusetts Bay), 16 miles (26 km) northeast of Boston. Salem was incorporated as a town in 1626 by Roger Conant, who emigrated from Cape Ann, 14 miles (22 km) northeast. The first Congregational Church in America was organized there in 1629, and Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island colony, served as an early pastor. The town’s name is probably the shortened form of the biblical Jerusalem (“City of Peace”). Salem’s early history was clouded by religious intolerance that led to the witchcraft trials of 1692.

[Unabridged] The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath is a novella by H. P. Lovecraft (1890--1937). Begun probably in the autumn of 1926, it was completed in on January 22, 1927 and was unpublished in his lifetime. It is both the longest of the stories that comprise his Dream Cycle and the longest Lovecraft work to feature protagonist Randolph Carter. Along with his 1927 novel The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, it can be considered one of the significant achievements of that period of Lovecraft's writing.
The Dream-Quest combines elements of horror and fantasy into an epic tale that illustrates the scope and wonder of humankind's ability to dream.
