Never in a million years did I think a beauty vlogger would find herself in Iceland doing half the adventures we did! As soon as I found out we were on our way to Iceland, I packed my cameras and bought the DJI Mavic Air Drone because the best way to see Iceland's gorgeous scenery is from a birds view. The videos I captured took my breath away. The entire country is one big canvas for those desktop background types of photos. I hope you guys enjoy my iceland travel diary or iceland travel guide! We saw so many amazing locations like Skogafoss, Gullfoss, the blue lagoon, just a ton of waterfalls and incredible locations! Let me know where I should travel to next! And thank you for supporting me and being my internet best friends! I love you all so much!

Adventure Tours in Iceland
We are an Icelandic adventure tour company based in Reykjavik City, Skaftafell in Vatnajökull National Park, Ísafjörður Town in the Westfjords and Skagafjörður fjord in North Iceland. Our roots lie in the first adventure company founded here in Iceland, all the way back in 1983 and we have been rafting the Hvítá river from the Drumbó base camp all those years... more than 25 year and still going strong! With a few rare exceptions all the tours presented here are OUR TRIPS, operated from start to finish by us! We use only the best equipment and have a great crew of guides, all world travelers and talented leaders with the spark of adventure in their blood.

TOUR of NORTHERN ICELAND! (AKUREYRI, GODAFOSS, MYVATAN, and DETTIFOSS) ????????2018 vlog
Welcome to Northern Iceland! In this vlog, we embark on a day trip adventure with Air Iceland Connect to see the otherworldly volcanic landscapes and waterfalls in Iceland's northern region.
This tour is for nature lovers and is best to explore during summer. We fly from Reykjavik to Akureyri, a 45-minute flight. We take a full day 10 hour guided tour that includes transportation. Our first stop is the stunning waterfall of Goðafoss.
We travel to Lake Myvatn´s unique nature and pseudo-craters, followed by the Dimmuborgir lava labyrinth. One of the top sights is bubbling Hverarond (aka Hverir), a geothermal area noted for its bubbling pools of mud & steaming fumaroles emitting sulfuric gas. The desolate landscape looks like mars.
Next, we reach one of the main highlights - Dettifoss which is Europe´s most powerful waterfall featured in the movie Prometheus. Next, we visit the volcanic wonderlands of Vatnajokull National Park, Jokulsargljufur canyon, Hljodaklettar (Echo cliffs), Asbyrgi a horse-shoe-shaped cliff formation. We finish our tour in the quaint Husavik fishing town. Lastly, we head to Akureyri to fly back to Reykjavik!

Iceland Adventure Trek | Travel Video
In July of 2016 I took the adventure of a lifetime to Iceland. The great folks at USF Campus Recreation planned this wonderful trip.
We visited the main city and learned a lot about Icelandic culture. On our 4 day hike we were taught Eco-Tourism and Leave No Trance hands on. I will always remember this trip a crucial part of my college experience.
I am so thankful to have had to opportunity document this great trip.

TRIP REPORT | Icelandair 757 | Reykjavik to Berlin TXL | INAUGURAL FLIGHT | Boeing 757-200
TRIP REPORT of Icelandair's INAUGURAL FLIGHT from Reykjavik (KEF), Iceland to Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL), Germany. The (Re-) Inaugural Flight took place on the 3rd November 2017 and was operated by an Icelandair Boeing 757-200 in Vatnajökull special livery (TF-FIR). I wanted to fly with Icelandair for a long time before but never did it - so i thought the Inaugural flight to Berlin (my hometown) would be the perfect opportunity to try them and get a very special flight with pre-flight cake in Reykjavik and a Water Salute after Landing in Berlin! All in all it was a very pleasant 3 hour flight with Icelandair! When I flew to Reykjavik i also tried another airline - which is WOW Air - they fly to Berlin since a few years now - but they serve the low-budget airport SXF outside of Berlin.
I hope you enjoyed this TRIP REPORT as much as I did enjoy the flight! Make sure to SUBSCRIBE to PlaneSpottingBerlin for Daily Aviation Videos and Weekly new Trip Reports :D

Your Iceland Tour Guide: Adolf Ingi Erlingsson from Arctic Adventures
Can’t get enough of our tour guide interview series? You’re in luck, because today we’re profiling one of the best. Adolf Ingi Erlingsson, a Reykjavik native, takes groups of lucky travellers around Iceland with Arctic Adventures, and today, you have the opportunity to see what it’s like on one of his tours.
The rough roads of Iceland are no trouble for Adolf, who made a change a couple of years ago when he left the media industry and his position as a sports reporter to drive for Arctic Adventures. According to him, the real challenge in his new dream job is keeping groups happy, and making sure he understands what everyone needs.
One of the best parts of exploring Iceland is the fact that adventure is absolutely everywhere! Adolf agrees, and loves taking his travellers on activities that get their hearts pumping. It makes the tour more fun, brings the group together, and Adolf enjoys the adventure of sharing his home country with travellers from all over the world.
The best part of being a tour guide in Iceland? Being able to meet people excited about travel and happy about exploring a new place! Whether it’s hiking glaciers or investigating an ice cave, Adolf loves to be around people having a great time. And, trust us - if you’re travelling Iceland with Adolf, it’s going to be a good time! As long as you remember that a sighting of the Northern Lights can be a question of luck rather than timing; as Adolf says, “we don’t have a switch!”
We love Adolf because he embodies the spirit of fun and adventure travellers experience when they visit Iceland. If he seems like the kind of person you’d like to travel with, or if you can’t resist the call of the Land of Fire and Ice for any longer, head over to TourRadar to check out this tour’s itinerary or find the perfect one for you!

Iceland Vlog #4: NUDE LAGOON & ZOMBIE FARM TOWN? | Roadtrip Continues!
SEE PART 3 HERE:
On the last episode of Frank's Iceland Vlog, me and my friends had arrived at Husey! A gated farm community with no street lights, buildings, and hardly any people. It literally looked like something from the Walking Dead - Herschel's Farm anyone? The place we stayed at was called Youth Hostel Husey and had a nice old country feel to it.
The entire night was adventure packed, including the next day where we visited Europe's most powerful waterfall, Dettifoss and Myvatn Nature Baths and having to be naked in public!
Stay tuned for this Iceland series. We are only halfway through the trip and make sure to check out the entire road trip starting from the first blog! Next episode and destination - the city of Akureyri!
Join me and my friends as we explore what Iceland has to offer, try new food, meet new people and stay in different places every night from AirBNB to hostels, to farm cabins!
