Best goals, skills and assists of the legendary Russian striker Eduard Streltsov. At the age of 21 he was imprisoned for 5 years, and he had missed further 2 years due to the official suspension. But even after that he managed not only to come back to professional football, but also to win Soviet Footballer of the Year twice and get a Ballon d'Or nomination in 1967, finishing 13rd (10 years after his last one — in 1957 he was voted 7th best player in Europe, aged just 20).
The story of his imprisonment is full of holes and uncertainties and many believe that he was falsely accused — until this day his process remains one of the most controversial in Russian legal history.

24.07.1958 Gets arrested, just 3 days after his 21th birthday. Sentenced to 12 years in prison.
4.02.1963 Streltsov gets an early release from the prison. He can’t play professional football.
1965 Brezhnev learns of his situation and grants him a full pardon — Streltsov is free to rejoin Torpedo for an upcoming season. He scores 12 goals in 26 games and leads Torpedo to an unlikely league title. Voted by the press as the second best Soviet player that season.
16.10.1966 gets his first international cap since the imprisonment, 8 and a half years after his last game for USSR. He had missed 3 World Cups and 2 Euros.

Igor Vladimirovich Akinfeev is a Russian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for and captains both PFC CSKA Moscow and the Russia national team. He has spent his entire career at CSKA, making more than 500 official appearances.

Igor Akinfeev was born on 8 April 1986 in the town of Vidnoye in Moscow Oblast. When he was 4 years old his father sent him to the Sports school of CSKA. He has been a goalkeeper since his second training. As a member of the junior CSKA Moscow team he won the Russian Junior Championship in 2002.
Akinfeev made his professional debut for CSKA Moscow at the age of 16, saving a penalty kick and keeping a clean sheet in a 2–0 win over FC Krylia Sovetov Samara. He broke into the starting line-up at the age of 17 in 2003, winning the club's first Russian Premier League in the same season. In 2005, CSKA won a treble of the Russian Premier League Russian Cup and UEFA Cup. During this season, Akinfeev played in all 19 of CSKA's European matches, including the 2005 UEFA Cup Final, which the Army Men won 3–1 against Sporting CP at their opponents' Estádio José Alvalade. In 2006, he won a third Russian league title and second Russian Cup with CSKA and was awarded the Zvezda trophy, for the year's best football player from the former Soviet Union.
Akinfeev made his debut for the Russian national team in a friendly match against Norway, Russia lost 2-3, on 28 April 2004, aged 18 years and 20 days. He thus became the third youngest player to compete for Russia after Eduard Streltsov and Sergey Rodionov and the youngest international footballer ever in the history of the Russian Federation.[14] He was later included into the Russian UEFA Euro 2004 squad as the third choice goalkeeper behind Sergei Ovchinnikov and Vyacheslav Malafeev.
On 11 May 2018, he was included in Russia's extended 2018 FIFA World Cup squad.[22] On 3 June 2018, he was included in the finalized World Cup squad.[23] Akinfeev was later instrumental in the Russians knocking out Spain in the Round of 16, being elected Man of the Match and saving 2 penalties in the shoot-out, ensuring a Russian victory.
