Woman Files Lawsuit Against River North Wealth Manager She Says Drugged, Raped Her In Italy
The attorney for a woman who claims she was raped by a Chicago wealth manager during a vacation in Italy says the video speaks volumes and shows that she was in no shape to consent.
Woman sues club, alleges guards watched sex assault (ASL - 12.2.19)
Transcript
A woman who was allegedly sexually assaulted outside a Chicago nightclub says security guards stood by and watched.
This is surveillance video released by the woman's attorney.
It shows a woman staggering outside the El Hefe bar on the night of October 18.
The suspect is the man in red shoes who takes the woman behind two dumpsters where the alleged assault occurs.
The victim's attorney says the two men dressed in black are security guards who did nothing.
Attorneys for the 23-year-old woman identified only as Jane Doe are now suing the bar for negligence.
The female victim, who was a tourist from Texas visiting Chicago, was taken to Northwestern Hospital after the incident.
The 23-year-old woman showed signs of trauma and evidence was collected with a sexual assault kit.
Attorneys for Jane Doe believe the man in question either works at the El Hefe nightclub or knows someone on staff at the establishment.
On Friday attorneys for Jane Doe sought a court order to force El Hefe to turn over surveillance video and any other recordings from that night.
The nightclub posted on its Facebook page that when the woman became ill, she was escorted to the establishment's back exit by security and a male guest followed her.
The statement claims that El Hefe employees called an ambulance for Jane Doe and security remained with her until she left alone in the ambulance.
Chicago police do not have a suspect in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

The Ravinia Festival is the oldest outdoor music festival in the United States,[1] with a series of outdoor concerts and performances held every summer from June to September. In Ravinia Park's first summer of 1905, it hosted the New York Philharmonic, and the prairie style Martin Theater dates from this time period. It has been the summer home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) since 1936.[2] Located in Highland Park, Illinois, the festival operates on the grounds of the 36 acre (150,000 m²) Ravinia Park, with a variety of outdoor and indoor performing arts facilities.
The Ravinia neighborhood, once an incorporated village before annexation in 1899, is known as Ravinia, and retained its own post office until autumn 2010. The business district on Roger Williams Ave., within walking distance from the Ravinia Festival grounds, includes neighborhood service businesses and restaurants.[3] Ravinia takes its name from the ravines found nearby along the shoreline of Lake Michigan.
For most attendees Ravinia is experienced on the 36 acre (150,000 m²) parkland and lawn. Ravinia is one of the few concert venues in the country to allow full meals to be brought in and consumed at concerts, even allowing alcoholic beverages. Accordingly, most grocery stores and specialty restaurants in and around the Highland Park area offer ready-to-eat Ravinia picnics for purchase.
The park is served by the Metra commuter railroad station Ravinia Park outside the front gate with special stops before and after concerts. (The noted British conductor Sir Thomas Beecham, who guest-conducted the CSO there in 1940, referred to Ravinia as the only railway station with a resident orchestra.[6]) Visitors get dropped off and picked up right at the front gate. Attendance often tops 600,000 annually.

Rudy Kato Rangel of Chicago was a well known figure in the Hip Hop world and on the streets of Chicago when he was gunned down in 2003.... and his name has now resurfaced in connection with two major RICO trials currently happening in New York and Chicago; El Chapo Guzman and the 4 Corner Hustler Gang. What do they have in common? The Flores twins... El Chapo's customers and the men that Kato Rangel allegedly robbed... leading to his demise. Kato was so well known that even chart topping rapper DMX made a song about him.

Lyrics:
I was bruised and battered, I couldn't tell what I felt.
I was unrecognizable to myself.
I saw my reflection in a window, I didn't know my own face.
Oh brother are you gonna leave me wastin' away
On the Streets of Philadelphia.
I walked the avenue, 'til my legs felt like stone,
I heard the voices of friends vanished and gone,
At night I could hear the blood in my veins,
Black and whispering as the rain,
On the Streets of Philadelphia.
Four Star Lounge- Chicago
It's all the brain-child of Mark Garland. He was serving drinks at the high-end restaurant, Cite, when he started talking with a Lincoln Park neighbor of his, who happened to be a business owner. Together, they brought on Chef Thomas Ramirez and launched Four Star Lounge in April of 2015.
