An easy walking trail to Turkey Point Lighthouse provides a view of the Elk River and the Chesapeake Bay. Turkey Point Lighthouse is located at the southern tip of the Elk Neck Peninsula. Sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding land masses frame a beautiful backdrop for the Lighthouse.

This is Big Elk Creek, from the old bridge just north of Rt. 273 (Telegraph Road). The camera pans around clockwise in a full 360-degree shot beginning and ending with an upstream view (northward).

Crabbing in the Elk river and Bohemia river. Using 600' of trot line baited with chicken necks. Netting crabs using carolina skiff. Catching crabs overcast sky , slack tied. Sook crab ( mature female ) the upside down crab with apron shaped as Capitol building. Part 2 a lot more dipping.
