How China is changing the future of shopping | Angela Wang
China is a huge laboratory of innovation, says retail expert Angela Wang, and in this lab, everything takes place on people's phones. Five hundred million Chinese consumers -- the equivalent of the combined populations of the US, UK and Germany -- regularly make purchases via mobile platforms, even in brick-and-mortar stores. What will this transformation mean for the future of shopping? Learn more about the new business-as-usual, where everything is ultra-convenient, ultra-flexible and ultra-social.

23 Story Electronics Market in China ???? Better than Alibaba?? Guangzhou wholesale mall sourcing
Update 2019: Announcing my NEW Digital Nomad Masterclass
Click the red subscribe button if you like this video – follow for a new travel video every week. MORE IN THE DESCRIPTION ⬇️
Visiting China? I wrote up some things you should know before going --
Chinese wholesale market/mall w 23 Floors. Yes. It's real. It felt like walking thru Alibaba .com lol... I think a lot of the sellers in here are just wholesalers who take orders from sites like Aliexpress.com, alibaba.com, globalsources.com and other wholesale sites around the world.. bc they are always packing up boxes ...... well everywhere around the outskirts of the city of Guangzhou all you see are people moving boxes around haha..... was this better than just scouting for new product ideas on Alibaba.com? Not sure.. sometimes you can get lucky and find that amazingly cool thing.. but that can happen online too.... nonetheless it was a good experience to try out and see what the wholesale scene it all about.
...then we get a bite of some Chinese food, and end it with a preview of the next video, nightlife at O2 club at Party Pier.. click to watch next!

Chinese Communist Regime Becomes a Target for Attack
Follow us on TWITTER:
Like us on FACEBOOK:
Down with the Communist dictatorship, End
the dictatorship, Ruin the Party enslaving the people
- such slogans have repeatedly appeared in Guangzhou
streets.
On February 20, hundreds of people protested
outside Shanghai City Hall.
An on-site female petitioner shouted, Down with the
Communist Party! Down with Communist Party courts!
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime has now
become a target for attack. Please see our report.
Guangzhou recently has had very active street protests.
On Guangzhou's famous shopping street, Liu Hui, a local
dissident, has been repeatedly witnessed the holding of placards in protest.
On the fourth day of Chinese New Year,
he held a placard that reads, End the dictatorship.
The next day, he held a placard with the slogan,
Destroy the Party which enslaves the people.
Deutsche Welle reported that in Liu Hui's latest
two street protests, local police didn't intervene.
The photos of Liu holding placards have been circulated
on the internet. Liu keeps his cellular switched off.
The police detained Liu Hui in the past when he held
placards in Guangzhou and Beijing streets.
In September 2012, Liu Hui held a placard reading,
Anti-dictatorship, Freedom & Democracy Wanted.
He was soon put in police custody.
In October 2012, Liu Hui held a placard outside
Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics (BUAA).
This was in protest of a BUAA Professor, He Deqiang,
who physically assaulted an elderly person.
Liu Hui was arrested by police when returning
to Guangzhou.
In January, during Guangzhou's Two Sessions,
Liu Hui again held a sign appearing at the city's bustle.
His placard was written, Down with CCP dictatorship,
Set up democracy. The CCP is a rogue.
(Rights activist, Guangzhou) Ou Yungui: Nowadays,
it seems that many people have held placards in public.
This is because the mass passion for revolution
has been awakened.
Now many people followed suit as what we did
in the past to openly hold placards.
Especially the recent activities launched by the Open
Constitution Initiative (OCI) members who often call for official asset declarations.
Ou Yungui says there has been a transition from online
protests to square protests.
He thinks they is getting more mature conditions.
Ou Yungui was known as one of
Five Placards-holding Guangzhou Gentlemen.
In March 2012 on a pedestrian street in Guangzhou,
over a dozen rights activists,
including Ou Yungui, held placards reading Justice,
Freedom, Equality, Human Rights,
Rule of Law, Democracy, Republic, No Votes, No Future.
Afterwards, five of them were detained on criminal charges.
Since this year, Guangzhou has seen continuous
street protests.
In early January, hundreds of people gathered outside
the Southern Weekly headquarters for days.
The masses voiced their support to the newspaper's action
against official press censorship.
During the period of the local Two Sessions, each day there
were over 10 protestors holding placards at the venue.
They requested the officials declare assets.
Huang Wenxun, one of five placard holders in Guangzhou:
I also held a placard in Shenzhen, asking Mr. Liu Yunshan to unblock my QQ accounts and microblog.
That is, I requested my right to freedom of speech,
and my private properties of QQ accounts and microblog.
Subsequently, my friends took to the streets.
February 20 is Shanghai Petitioning Day. Crowds of
petitioners were gathering outside the city hall, holding placards to seek justice.
A female petitioner climbed in a tree shouting,
Down with the CCP, Down with the CCP courts.
At the scene, she denounced CCP judiciary corruption.
Dozens of police took her away, while another
male petitioner, with a banner in hand, began his speech.
Huang Wenxun: Why do the authorities dare
to disrespect us?
Why do they dare to beat us and violate our rights?
Why do they dare to arrest us lawful and moral citizens?
In the final analysis, it is because of this political system.
The CCP created this vicious authoritarian system,
in which, in order to survive, all people have to do evil.
Otherwise, he'll lose sense of security and cannot live on.
Huang Wenxun adds that it is a must to expose the CCP's
shamelessness and brutalities.
The public should stand up to safeguard their own dignity
and rights, and to resist injustices.
Huang says that all these are the real preconditions to
overthrow the dictatorial regime and set up a democratic China.
Zhang Ming, a professor at Renmin University of China,
wrote a microblog commentary.
It said that if the CCP fails to carry out political reform,
the regime's only future is collapse.
Compared with Kuomingtang, the CCP has more
injustices accumulated over history.
Therefore, the CCP's only way out is to implement political

How Foreign Women Adjust After Moving To America
Foreign women actively engaged in international dating with American men often contemplate how they'll adjust after moving to America.
The vast differences between American culture and that of say Ukraine, China, Thailand, Latin America or the Philippines may be vast, but men who bring foreign women to the States on a K1 90 Day Fiance Visa will find several surprising commonalities.
International dating clarifies many of the cultural differences experienced by men and women.
After moving to America, most foreign women look to find their place in American society, by assisting their husband at home, taking up employment to help support their household, and find friends in their new city that share the same background that they're experienced with.
A Foreign Affair reviews the background of each man who uses their services in accordance with the US Federal IMBRA Law.
Conversely, A Foreign Affair reviews each woman interested in being featured on LoveMe.com and attending their socials before the woman ever becomes a member. These do so with an ID check and entrance interview.

Ascott's CEO Lee Chee Koon receives Business China Young Achiever Award 2017
Mr Lee Chee Koon, CEO of The Ascott Limited, has been accorded the Business China Young Achiever Award for Ascott’s contributions to Singapore-China relations. In this video, Mr Lee Chee Koon shares how Ascott has achieved remarkable growth in China as well as the company's business strategies in its biggest market.
To remain a market leader in China, Ascott not only secures management contracts and acquiring properties, but also forms strategic alliances with some of the biggest property developers and construction firms in China such as Vanke, Yuexiu and Dongfu.
In addition, Ascott partnered new economy leaders like Tujia and Alibaba’s online travel service platform Fliggy to enhance its online presence and reach out to more customers.
To capture the booming millennial market, Ascott launched its new co-living concept ‘lyf’ in China in June 2017 with two properties in Shenzhen and Dalian, as well as one in Singapore.
Given its growth momentum, Ascott will achieve its target of 20,000 units in China well ahead of 2020, and is confident of exceeding its global target of 80,000 units by 2020.

China-EU summit: Wen wants arms embargo lifted
The European Union's arms embargo against Beijing is still a major bone of contention for Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
At an annual summit with EU leaders in Brussels on Thursday, he called for the ban which was established following the 1989 Tianamen Square protests to be overturned.
European leaders prefered to emphasise the importance of other trade with China.
In the last 10 years our trade in goods increased by 280 percent, our trade in services by 380 percent and our direct investment in China by 290 percent. The complementarities and synergies between our economies have been used to good effect, said European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso.
Wen also called on the EU to recognise China's full market economy status, which the bloc is wary of committing to.
Brussels has accused China of dumping cheap exports on EU markets.
The summit was the 70-year-old's last. Wen is due to hand over power in the Autumn.
