Places to see in ( Park City - USA )
Park City lies east of Salt Lake City in the western state of Utah. Framed by the craggy Wasatch Range, it’s bordered by the Deer Valley Resort and the huge Park City Mountain Resort, both known for their ski slopes. Utah Olympic Park, to the north, hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics and is now predominantly a training facility. In town, Main Street is lined with buildings built during a 19th-century silver mining boom.
Park City is a wonderful place to visit throughout the year with fabulous dining and recreation options. Long before Park City became a world class mountain resort and venue for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, it was famous as a silver mining town, and boasts a lively and colorful past. Founded by prospectors in the late 1860's, Park City continued to mine silver until the early 1970's.
From approximately 1850, when small settlements were forming, until the railroad lines were laid throughout the West in the 1890s, stagecoach travel was the main form of transportation. There was even a stagecoach business in Park City! William Kimball, a Park City resident, started his stagecoach business in 1858 competing with Brigham Young for United States mail contracts. He was sent to England on a Mormon Church mission and when he returned, he started the Park City-Salt Lake City Route. The Kimball Brothers Stage Line operated from 1872 until 1890, when the railroad made its way into the West. Moving quicker as well as transporting more people and mail, the railroad easily put the stagecoach out of business.
Between 1880 and 1920 when Park City mines were the most organized, productive and active, they produced more than 20 million tons of ore including lead, zinc, copper, silver, and a small amount of gold. These were the years of Park City's mining renaissance. The mining company, Park City Consolidated Mines, started the ski business in 1963, when they built the first lifts on what was then called Treasure Mountain. The Park City area now has three world class resorts: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and the Canyons Resort.
Park City has a year-round free city-wide transit system. The bus routes connects Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, Prospector, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village. Traveling with skis or snowboards on public transit is not a problem. Parking at the resorts is free; however, the lots fill up early in the morning. On the weekends, patrons of Park City Mountain can park at the Park City High School on Kearns Blvd and take the complimentary resort shuttle to the Park City Base Area. The majority of parking in the Historic Main Street area is paid.

FOUND GAME MASTER SECRET HIDEOUT & Searching PROJECT ZORGO Abandoned Clues (Escape Room Challenge)
▶ CWC Shirts & Backpacks -
▶ DECODER WHEEL -
After Vy Qwaint made ESCAPING PROJECT ZORGO COMPUTER ESCAPE ROOM (Searching Missing Daniel & Game Master Evidence) Daniel uploaded HIDING FROM PROJECT ZORGO GUARD DOG IN ABANDONED JUNKYARD and I, Chad Wild Clay created TRAPPED in PROJECT ZORGO COMPUTER ESCAPE ROOM (Searching Missing Daniel Evidence, Riddles & Clues), the PZ mystery man dropped a clue that we needed to decode. After we solved the riddles and discovered the secret hidden address, we arrived, entered, and started exploring. Is this another headquarters or office? Is this where Project Zorgo trains their new recruits? We have to get to the bottom of this. An interesting theory you ninjas commented was that this hidden headquarters might have something to do with the Game Master who has been messing with YouTubers like Matt and Rebecca, Rebecca Zamolo and Grace & Stephen Sharer. Although Daniel is missing he is still filming videos on Exposing Project Zorgo but we need to figure out his location to save him! In the computer room we played a game where we had to solve riddles. It was a challenge but we won and the screens gave us clues to go to Florida. When we arrived we found what looked like an abandoned creepy house. We are suspicious that this is The Game Masters top secret escape room headquarters. We found our friends there which was very suspicious. Suddenly we got locked inside of a room. We were trapped and had to find a way to decipher clues to escape! We tried to break into the cabinets and do an unboxing haul of the contents inside. Thank you for watching my entertainment comedy videos in 2018!

Great Room Escape Promo (HD) Layton Utah
What is an Escape Room?
Picture this: A dozen people are locked in a room for an hour, with only their wits and problem-solving skills to find a way out as the stress builds around them. Some call it a murder mystery on steroids, gamified theater, a living puzzle, real-life video games, interactive entertainment or an intense team-building experience. Northern Utah calls it the Great Room Escape, and the first franchise in the state opened its doors in Layton in July of 2016.
Each room concept has a tension or pressure element, making it just a little more challenging to recall simple spelling and arithmetic needed to solve puzzles. This element makes the escape rooms the perfect environment for team building.
A concept that started in Japan in 2007 spread to Europe and is finally making its way to the United States. Almost 3,000 escape rooms are found in 65 countries and more than 700 cities, according to the Escape Room Directory. Business is booming since the first escape room opened on U.S. soil in 2012. More are opening every day, and Layton’s owners expect to open more Utah locations in the future.
Layton Great Room Escape started with the franchise’s most successful: the Zombie Room. The Houdini room opened in October of 2016. The franchise partners felt the Zombie and Houdini rooms offered both extremes of the escape room concept and should appeal to a wide variety of guests. Plans to add Cabin by spring of 2017 are already under way. Other franchise locations throughout the nation offer other themes including Countdown, Lab, Relic and Terminal.
While the Layton partners encourage Utahns to get in on the escape room craze no matter the venue, they say the Great Room Escape is unique because of its quality, Hollywood-worthy interactive sets, attention to detail, actor presence and cohesive clue streams. It is truly a 4-D experience involving all the senses.
In Layton, the fire marshal has approved Great Room Escape’s use of real locks on real doors. This is real, Folks! However, every precaution has been taken that in the event of an emergency, or even at the request of any guest at any time, the doors can be safely and quickly unlocked using emergency escape buttons. Staff members are constantly watching guests over the camera security system to monitor for emergency situations while actors in each room can constantly communicate with staff members.
In the Zombie Room, between four to 12 guests enter an alleyway leading to the mansion of a crazed doctor intent on seeking a way to live forever. Inside the mansion also resides the caretaker, who may have been shut up in the mansion maintaining the property and befriending the doctor a little too long. Clues in the room appeal to many different kinds of people and test knowledge in literature, art, math, games, riddles, mechanics and music. While the caretaker guides guests to the keys needed to escape, guests must avoid contact with the doctor, whose shackles lengthen every five minutes.
In the Houdini Room, guests attempt to help Houdini’s widow, Bess. Houdini, the world’s greatest escape artist and famous magician, made a pact with his wife to try and make contact from beyond the grave upon his death. They also set a deadline by which they would give up and Bess was to move on with her life. As the appointed hour approaches, guests must discover the final item so that Bess may make one last attempt to contact her beloved husband.
In the Cabin Room, set to open in spring of 2017, You and your friends are being pursued by a serial killer. You take refuge in a dark cabin. However, you soon learn that this is a trap set by the killer. He will catch up to you in one hour. Can you escape his trap before he arrives?

Inside Juvenile Detention
As recently as 2005, the state of Virginia had eight centers like Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Facility, housing more than 1,300 delinquent youth. But by 2017, after a series of reforms, that number had shrunk to one.
“It's not that you can't do good work here,” said Andy Block, who, since 2014, has served as the juvenile-justice department’s director. “But the place itself and the design and the size and the location are barriers to doing good work.” Block and others are working to close Bon Air and replace it with something that reflects the juvenile justice reforms that have taken hold in Virginia and across the country—a system that once focused on confinement is now dedicated to rehabilitation. In recent years, more than 70 percent of Virginia's juvenile inmates were rearrested within three years of their release.*
Read more on The Atlantic:
*This documentary originally stated that Virginia has one of the highest recidivism rates in the country. This characterization was based on incomplete data. The documentary also stated that the three-year rearrest rate for current Bon Air inmates would be 74 percent. This was the rate for former juvenile inmates in Virginia in 2014. We regret the errors.
