There are so many rumors swirling around about what's under Colorado. Many residents have heard about a secret military city under Denver International Airport, even a government project on aliens down there.
There might be whisperings about tunnels under the Colorado State Capitol, used back in the day for lawmakers to escape gunslingers or to sneak prostitutes into the building.
Maybe the most famous part of this area underneath the Capitol are two tunnels. They go from the building to other state buildings in the area, all while underground. They were originally used to bring coal in to heat the building, and they've gone pretty much unused for many years.
But what about all the rumors that the tunnels were used by politicians needing to escape gunslingers back in the day? Or were they ever used to sneak prostitutes into the building?
