This is an edit I put together of my favorite shots from our week on the little volcanic Caribbean island of Saba. Big thanks to Sea Saba for an amazing week of scuba diving. Underwater shots were taken with GoPro Hero 4 silver in 2.7K 60fps. Aerial shots were done with DJI Mavic Pro. Panasonic GH5 1080p 180fps for slow motion shots.

Saba island, what a beautiful, untouched island which located in the Carribean. Saba Island is a Caribbean island, the smallest special municipality of the Netherlands. Here you'll find the beautiful forest, seashore, untouched natural environment and not to mention those friendly people on the island.

Things you can do while on this island are strolling the villages, getting a tasty food in the village, hiking, scuba diving and of course - JUST RELAXING with the warm breeze of sea air.

SABA Island ~ Epic Caribbean Travels at its BEST ~ WeBeYachting.com

This video is of our epic day on the Island of SABA. We board the 9h00 hight speed ferry with flat calm weather. Spend the day visiting and returned to Sint Maarten on the 15h30 ferry.

Saba is a Caribbean island and the smallest special municipality (officially public body) of the Netherlands.[4] It consists largely of the potentially active volcano Mount Scenery. Saba has a land area of 13 square kilometers (5.0 sq mi). As of January 2013, the population was 1,991 inhabitants, with a population density of 150 inhabitants per square kilometre (390/sq mi).[1] Its towns and major settlements are The Bottom (the capital), Windwardside, Hell's Gate and St. Johns.

AIRPORT: In 1963, Saba residents built the Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport. This 400-metre (1,300 ft) landing strip is reputed to be the shortest commercial runway in the world, and is restricted. Only trained pilots flying small STOL airliners, such as the Twin Otter and the Britten-Norman Islander may land there, as well as helicopters. Consistent air service from Sint Maarten and Sint Eustatius is available through Winair.

Repair of the small pier in Fort Bay harbor Saba after 2017 hurricanes

The Public Entity Saba has deemed/considers the small pier to be structurally damaged. While plans are being finalized for the harbor master plan, a quick fix of this dock is in progress to facilitate our local fishermen, boats and the arrival of various cruise lines.
