Oldest Pyramid On Earth Found In North Dakota?

Fort Ransom is a small place within the state of North Dakota USA, that may hold an enormous, yet quietly kept secret...
In this small slice of the rural farming lands of the united stated lies a place known as pyramid hill, a small modest pyramidal mound, which is very similar in shape and size to the curious pyramidal mound found in other parts of the world such as Silbury hill, a chalk pyramid within the UK.
Long argued by number of funded geologists as a mere natural formation, however, local residents along with historical accounts within the area, have strongly disagreed with these conclusions, since their predictable acceptance by the academic community.
A vast portion of the surrounding population believe, including a number of specialist historians and archaeologists actually believe that pyramid hill, is in fact that of a man-made pyramid, whats more, they hold to the belief that it is the oldest pyramidal structure on earth…
What makes this site the most interesting we feel however, and the reason for the video is the writing stone which was found nearby some centuries ago.
Clearly very ancient cup and ring marks, and constructed to form some kind of communication, they have however remained undeciphered, they are incredibly intriguing and are reminiscent of a hybrid between music and Morse code, yet all attempts to establish a translation of the pattern have been unsuccessful.
Located in the Sheyenne River valley, in south-eastern North Dakota, it is an area already known to be rich in historically important prehistoric archaeological sites, including other carved rocks, Native American burial mounds, and the ruins of a 19th century military fort hence the name.
Pitted mysteriously cup and ring marked boulders appear in Saskatchewan, South Dakota, Iowa and many other sites all over the world.
Just who created them remains a mystery…
The writing stone of pyramid hill was first literarily described and published, by Theodore H. Lewis in the May 1891, American Naturalist who published research along with detailed drawing of the petroglyphs.
This publication has provided an insight into what a mere a century of exposure to the elements has done to a cup marked boulder...
A worrying comparison of that drawing with the petroglyphs in 1994 indicated that some of the petroglyphs have disappeared, some are now barely detectable, graffiti has also been added, and a new, possibly natural circular depression has appeared… The primary area of erosion appears to be in the northeast corner of the boulder. The new “natural” cup mark is towards the centre of the boulder., these finding reveal that many of the marks which ow appear o many of these ancient stones may in fact been created by erosion in the subsequent millennia.
Was the writing stone left by the original builders of pyramid hill?
If so why is it an unknown language?
Who wrote it?
Is Pyramid hill, really the oldest pyramid on Earth? Built by an unknown culture who clearly spoke and wrote a highly complex, and as yet undecipherable language...
Perhaps one day we will find out the truth.
North Dakota Waterfall
An ambling two-mile hike on 07 Aug 2015 I took through forest and plain to visit North Dakota's only natural waterfall in the Sheyenne State Forest near Fort Ransom along the Sheyenne River Valley Scenic Byway.
To reach the Martinson Bridge trailhead from the community of Fort Ransom, head southeast on the Sheyenne River Valley National Scenic Byway (Valley Rd.) and look for signs for the Martinson Bridge Trailhead located about 1-mile south on 122nd St. SE. GPS: N 46.514° & W 97.868°.

Fort Buford
Fort Buford was a United States Army Post at the confluence of the Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers in Dakota Territory, present day North Dakota, and the site of Sitting Bull's surrender in 1881.
Company C, 2nd Battalion, 13th Infantry, 3 officers, 80 enlisted men and 6 civilians commanded by Capt. (Brevet Lt. Col.) William G. Rankin, first established a camp on the site on June 15, 1866, with orders to build a post, the majority of which was built using adobe and cottonwood enclosed by a wooden stockade. The fort was named after the late Major General John Buford, a Union Army cavalry general during the American Civil War.
North Dakota Veterans Home
Established in the 1890s, The North Dakota Veterans Home is North Dakota’s “best kept secret.” Incorporating a unique pod concept, it’s the only veterans home in the country with this design. The building is home for many North Dakota veterans, but it’s the tremendous staff that makes it feel like home.

Stunning Summer Drive in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit North Dakota July 28, 2017
Enter the North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and you enter a world not much different than when bison roamed and long horned cattle arrived by the thousands from Texas! This historically important area on the north side of the famed Little Missouri River (carver of the world renowned rugged badlands) will take you back in time. The (usually) 28 mile round trip Scenic Drive through the park drive extends nearly parallel to the Little Mo, with its terminus and turn around point at one of the most scenic places in the North Dakota, Oxbow Overlook. Several trails of varying skill levels will take you into the heart of this cowboy country, which also happens to be rich in petrified wood and dinosaur fossils! This video leads to Juniper Campgrounds.

--- Meet Tom ---
Tom Campbell is a self-made farmer and businessman. Through a lot of hard work and thanks to the grace of God, Tom’s lived the American dream. Now, he’s running for U.S. House of Representatives to make sure our children and grandchildren have an opportunity to achieve their own American Dream.
He knows the status quo is failing in Washington and it will take a conservative outsider to get the job done. In the House, Tom will fight for North Dakota values, for smaller, less wasteful government, and to finally get rid of Obamacare.
As one of seven children, Tom grew up on a small farm in North Dakota. His father was a World War II Veteran, mailman and a part-time grain farmer. His mother was a stay at home mom. He learned his work ethic from his father, and he learned his faith from his mother.
At the age of 16, Tom started his own custom combining business. He traveled over 1,000 miles to Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska for the summer to combine wheat for farmers who did not have their own combines, going door-to-door to find business. Two years later, he started his first potato farm. As a hard-working entrepreneur, Campbell honed his natural business sense and built his humble farm into a national company, providing thousands of jobs, stimulating the economy and feeding millions of people.
In 2013, after seeing unprecedented big government regulation and reckless spending by the Obama administration, Tom knew he couldn’t sit back and watch the country be changed by liberals and special interests into something unrecognizable. He was inspired to run for office to reform government and pass term limits to get rid of career politicians in both parties.
As a State Senator, Campbell has fought to uphold conservative principles and led the charge to reform North Dakota’s welfare system and require drug testing for welfare recipients, in order to eliminate waste and fraud in the state’s biggest entitlement.

Fort Phil Kearny State Historic Site
During its two-year existence (1866-1868), Fort Phil Kearny was the focal point of a violent war between the U.S. Army and the Sioux, Cheyenne and Arapaho. While the Army was assigned to protect emigrants traveling the Bozeman Trail, the Indians were protecting what they felt were their last great hunting grounds. Two battles, Fetterman and Wagon Box, involved troops stationed at Fort Phil Kearny. Abandoned and burned in 1868, the original site (along the Fetterman and Wagon Box sites) was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1963. Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails is celebrating its' 75th Anniversary. wyoparks.org.
