In this video, I head over into downtown Washington, DC, the capital of the United States of America. I visit different places from the Jefferson Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, and MLK Jr Memorial, and other places! Washington, DC is a great travel destination for the whole family!

Odd Fellows Hall Tour: Friendship Lodge no.12 in Washington, D.C.
A short video tour inside the Odd Fellows building located inside George Washington University campus at 701 24th St. NW (24th & G Street NW), Washington, DC, U.S.A., owned by Friendship Lodge no.12 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
The Odd Fellows is a fraternal order which evolved from the tradition of craft guilds in England. Lodges of Odd Fellows have been in existence at least as early as the year 1700. Odd Fellows came to the North America in Baltimore, Maryland, on April 26, 1819 when Thomas Wildey and four members of the Order from England instituted Washington Lodge No. 1. This lodge subsequently received a charter from Manchester Unity of Odd Fellows in England. Today, the Odd Fellows form a fraternal network throughout the world.
The Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia supports the community and several charities with contributions of time and money, and we enjoy the fellowship among the members of the Order.
The Order is also known as the Three Link Fraternity. The links represent the tenets of the Order: Friendship, Love, and Truth.

Walking Through The Vietnam veteran's Memorial, Washington DC
It was early on Tuesday, May 24th when I walked this path all alone. Although this memorial to the brave men and women of my generation is not grand in stature as the Korean or WWII Memorial, It is an overpowering experience to walk among the names of the brave men and woman (including 2 of my friends) who gave their lives. It was difficult to leave this place without the feeling I was leaving them behind. Rest in Peace You Brave Souls.
