Galway Street Club Busking in Galway's Latin Quarter
Clips of the Galway Street Club, busking in Galway's Latin Quarter during our October 2017 visit.
This energetic band of musicians from all around the world seemed to morph into a larger group, and draw larger crowds as the evening went on. They seemed to truly love playing music, and their energy was infectious.

I wish we recorded more video there, we took more time soaking in the atmosphere but still got some fun photage.

SUBSCRIBE! What's your favorite European city that you've visited? Galway, Ireland was definitely my favorite city to visit in our recent trip to the U.K., with its enchanting shops & streets. More importantly, the food did not disappoint!
We only had one full day to spend in Galway, so we squeezed in breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Latin Quarter along High Street. We explored various shops and tasted a variety of dishes that Galway offered, ESPECIALLY the seafood.
The one thing that pleasantly surprised me was that Galway has the NICEST people. We were welcomed by friendly faces in pubs, shops, and on the street.
I highly recommend you visit Galway for its beautifully preserved medieval aesthetic and fresh seafood. I only focused on food in this video, but I guarantee you'll love your trip to Galway.

Walking Tours of Galway - Claddagh Thatched Cottage, Galway, Ireland.
The first thatched cottage built in the Claddagh village, Galway in nearly a hundred years. Katies Cottage, part of the Claddagh Craft Village, will open to the public in April 2016. Built and roofed in the same way the Claddagh fishermen used to do in the 18th and 19th centuries, using local materials Rye, Wheat and Hazel and Ash, this cottage will become a magnet for tourism in Galway. When giving 'Walking Tours of Galway' I love to bring visitors to see the Claddagh, as well as the Spanish Arch, the Latin Quarter, Lynch's Castle, St. Nicholas Collegiate Church, Galway Cathedral, Salthill, the Corrib river, the Salmon Weir, Eyre Square, and Woodquay. I visit great pubs, especially O'Connors Pub in Salthill, O'Connells Bar in Eyre Square, Garavans, the Quays, The Dail, Sonny Molloys, Tigh Coili, Tigh Foxes, Taffes, the Crane, and Monroes. Galway is a beautiful city to visit anytime of the year and it is the gateway to Connemara and the Aran Islands. Be sure to look me up, Brian Nolan, Galway Walks, Walking Tours of Galway, Fireside Tours, Ghost Tours, Literary Tours, Folklore, Genealogy and tracing your roots. Our ancestors have lived in Ireland, and around Galway Bay for thousands of years, let me show you where and how they lived. Book a tour today. Galway's Food Experiences
''Less of a tourist attraction, more of an experience.''
Galway has a rich and diverse Gastronomy sector. This trailer sums up the upcoming short documentary series which will showcase the food experiences within Galway.
These experiences are part of Ireland's hidden treasures, connecting people to the food culture of Ireland.
Galway is where you can get a taste of the West. The connection to where the food comes from, the story and the tradition brings people together and connects them with the food.
Thank you to Heavy Man Films for producing these inspiring videos.

In this vlog, I explore Galway for the first time and walk through Eyre Square, the Latin Quarter and Salthill Promenade. We explore a building we pass everyday on our walk to class and then head into town for some tea and to watch people busk in the streets! Unfortunately, I am still struggling with jetlag at this point but will hopefully have a normal sleep schedule soon!
