My name is Etienne Crete (from Montreal, Canada). I'm a swing Forex trader and help aspiring Forex traders develop a trading method that works for them so they can produce income allowing them to live with more freedom.
What you must know: I'm all for trading foreign exchange, but I think freedom is much more important than time spent in front of your computer.
I blog at desiretotrade.com and host the Desire To Trade Podcast. I was fed up with the “fake” millionaire traders and the “get-rich-quick-trading guys”. That's why you can expect more free content from me than what other people charge for!
If you truly want to succeed in Forex trading, I believe you need to keep working on yourself so you can improve your strengths, but also your weaknesses. Do not focus solely on what you're good at.

Field Trip to Amarak Organic Farm, Phnom Penh. January 2019.
Our yearly field trip this year took us to an amazing organic farm situated outside of Phnom Penh. We were over a hundred eager students waiting to experience what our teachers had been teaching us at school, namely organic. We had the opportunity to witness agriculture in action, which is a rarity nowadays. To experience where our food is grown rather than to watch it arrive at supermarkets.Farming without chemicals can bring huge benefits to both producer and consumer, but it’s a hard sell in Cambodia, where poverty is preventing large swathes of the rural population from investing in an organic future. Regardless of the discussion over the benefits claimed for organic foods, there is no question but that they are more expensive. Organic foods are more costly to produce and as a result the prices to consumers are higher, with some organic options costing twice as much as their conventional counterparts. Is organic the future. What do you think?
A big THANK YOU you to Amarak Organic Farm for their kind hospitality. I ate the most amazing salad while I was there. It was amazingly delicious and soooo fresh.Yummy yummy!
Hope you enjoyed the video. If you have some time to read, the information below will answer some of your questions. Is it time to go organic, you might be asking? I've been eating organic food for many years and will continue to do some for many more to come. There are plenty of organic shops spread out all over Phnom Penh. You'll be surprised how many customers go through their doors everyday. Organic is my way of life!
ORGANIC INFORMATION:
''Organic'' means that produce and other ingredients are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms or radiation. And animals that produce meat, poultry, eggs or dairy do not take antibiotics or growth hormones.Organic is a great choice for families looking to feed their children the most environmentally friendly food possible.
Scientists aren’t sure if organic food is more nutritious, but it is probably safer. It generally tastes better, although in some cases, that’s not true. Sometimes organic produce might be smaller or lower in quality than conventionally produced fruits and vegetables.
Some fruits and vegetables are more likely to have problems with insect pests than others. Grown conventionally, these foods contain more pesticides than others. For example, apples attract all kinds of insect pests. Conventional growers use a lot of pesticides on apples. Strawberries, cherries, spinach, grapes, peaches, tomatoes, and peppers also usually contain higher amounts of pesticide residue.Make sure you check the Internet for more information on organic food.
WHY BUY ORGANIC?
Consumers purchase organic foods for many different reasons. Many want to buy food products that are free of chemical pesticides or grown without conventional fertilizers. Some simply like to try new and different products. Product taste, concerns for the environment and the desire to avoid foods from genetically engineered organisms are among the many other reasons some consumers prefer to buy organic food products.
''Go organic before the whole world does!''

Cambodia. Part 1 Phnom Penh | 柬埔寨,第一站:金边
We met a nice local guy on the bus who explained us what was going on in the capital, how people live in the Phnom Penh. The best thing about Cambodia is that almost everyone can speak English. So do not complain too much. Everyone understands. It was not one of those trips when everything from the beginning to the end is smooth. Somehow I got 10$ which was not good enough for local restaurant and we spent about an hour trying to find another fool who can exchange it. We did find him. Pay attention to your change, locals can give you torn banknotes. After a long flight we were very tired but desire to see more attractions and explore the city won. We did not see anything ahahah because there is nowhere to go in Phnom Penh. There are a lot of temples but they were closed. People sleep, talk, pray in the temples so we decided to follow them and took a nap in one of the temples. We are adventurous guys so we could not skip the main attraction of the city the whore street. Some girls offered us a blow job for 5$ in the middle of scrapyard. It turned out that we are not so adventurous guys. We kindly refused. Check out our first 2 days in Cambodia

--------------
As a side note to the PSE, an organization was set up in 1996 to help children living on the street near a garbage dump in Phnom Penh. It provides food and shelter and helps more than 5,000 children in health care and education. In order to build a self-sustaining future for children, we offer both school and social education, and we also provide quick training classes for children who have never been in school at the repair school. Established a hotel school in 2002, when demand for the service industry increased. Teachers are professional groups who work in luxury hotels. She also teaches English and manners. After a one-year preparatory period of education, the program is divided into four specialties: cooking (international and Asian cuisine), service (reception and serving, etc.), bakery (baking and confectionery), and housekeeping. During the professional education, students will practice at hotels in the city and restaurants in the school. At the vocational school near the hotel school, about 900 students receive vocational education such as secretary, hairdresser, gardener, park management, early childhood education, car repair and fishing.
------------------------------
When filming this video, I thought a bit about long-running management. Even so, it's very impressive that Siem Reap has a lot of foreign tourists to enjoy foreign food and new stores, and that they are still able to operate in this place a little far from the night market There are things. I felt it was the truth. Management is a severe thing, the right ones remain, the wrong ones are being screened out, and in this context, this restaurant is left behind not only their concept, service, but also their Khmer I think that's because of the desire to know more about cooking. I think that not only the short-term gains but also the contributions to customers and society will bring about “returns”, and people who want to support their activities will appear.

On November 2013, we went for the third time in Asia, this time to immerse ourselves in the nature and the slow pace of Laos. A journey of a month that has brought us almost back in time, between relaxed people who live to the rhythm of the sun, small villages built on winding roads, dust, coffee powder, waterfalls and unspoilt nature. Discovering a simple life, made of smiles, peace and happiness between the banks of the Mekong. Film by Antonio Correnti
While backpackers visit a small village in remote northern Laos in search of a traditional experience, the inhabitants of the village discover the attractions of the West. Two worlds meet at the crossroads of their respective desire; the one longing for authenticity, the other for modernity. In this micro-cosmos, their encounter leaves no one unchanged and tells the story of friendship and how we relate to others in a globalized and rapidly changing world. Film by Cinema Delicatessen
• We travelled a lot the last 48 hours, roundabout 1500km when we left Phnom Penh to spent the second part of our trip on Koh Lanta in the south of Thailand.
