The Glen kingdom in Tallinn.
Он был основан помещиком Николаем фон Гленом
. Самым бросающимся в глаза обьектом в этом парке является сам замок фон Глена, построенный в 1886 году. Это пропитанное романтическим духом строение, выполненное в средневековом готическом стиле, гордо возвышается на склоне обрыва Мустамяе. Прямо напротив замка можно увидеть развалины пальмового домика, этот зимний сад барона на сегодняшний день к сожалению находится в очень жалком виде. Рядом с развалинами на холмике стоит четырёхгранный обелиск, посвящённый любимому коню фон Глена, здесь же неподалёку между высоких ёлок стоит смотрящая вдаль гигантская скульптура так называемая Гленовский чёрт.
Огромная скульптура, изначально была выдумана автором в качестве эстонского этнографического персонажа Калевипоега, однако сам народ единодушно прозвал этого рогатого великана чёртом. Надо сказать, что скульптура, которую мы сегодня видим полностью реконструирована, оригинал был разрушен ещё в дни Первой Мировой войны, развалины которой можно видеть в десятках шагах от неё. Неподалёку от чёрта бросается в глаза другой каменный великан. По замыслу барона это должен был быть дракон, но в народе её прозвали Крокодил.
Неугомонный барон в окрестностях возвёл ещё и другие достопримечательности, которые к сожалению до наших дней не сохранились. Парк Глена несомненно приятное место для воскресных прогулок, свежий воздух, красивый ухоженный сосновый лес, просторный вид на район Мустамяе, внизу под обрывом тропинки в тени..

It was founded by the landowner Nikolai von Glen. The most conspicuous object in this park is the von Glen castle itself, built in 1886. This building, impregnated with a romantic spirit, made in the medieval Gothic style, stands proudly on the slope of the Mustamäe cliff. Directly in front of the castle you can see the ruins of the palm house, this winter garden of the baron is unfortunately unfortunately very pitiful. Next to the ruins on the mound is a four-edged obelisk devoted to the beloved horse von Glen, near the tall trees there is a giant sculpture looking so-called Glenovsky devil.
A huge sculpture, originally was coined by the author as an Estonian ethnographic character Kalevipoega, but the people themselves unanimously dubbed this horned giant as a devil. I must say that the sculpture, which we see today completely reconstructed, the original was destroyed in the days of the First World War, the ruins of which can be seen in dozens of steps from it. Not far from the devil strikes another stone giant. According to the plan of the Baron, it should have been a dragon, but in people it was nicknamed Crocodile.
The restless baron in the vicinity also built other sights, which unfortunately have not survived to the present day. Glen Park is undoubtedly a pleasant place for Sunday walks, fresh air, beautiful well-groomed pine forest, a spacious view of Mustamäe district, below under a cliff of a path in the shade ..

Castle Ruin Steinschloss, Styria, Austria
A short walkthrough in 360 of the ruins of Styria's highest Castle. Not much left of the Castle, but still very impressive. It belongs to the Catholic Church that let it rot for decades, and it was preserved by the Ruine Steinschloss assosiacion with contributions from private people from 2002 on.

Yoga teachers Merit Raju and Ljubov Proskurina did a kundalini yoga meditation session at Nikolai von Glehn old greenhouse in Nõmme. Afterwards, they served yogi tea and the director of Nõmme museum, Piret Loidem, gave a guide to the history of the Nikolai von Glehn time with a walkaround in candlelight.
A 52 Surprises and Ideas project on the 9th week to the European Cultural Capital.
