GoBoat's first summer in Paddington
GoBoat London launched in May 2017, with the support of The Paddington Partnership. Major stakeholders British Land, European Land, Derwent London, The Canal & River Trust, Land Securities and Heathrow Express joined forces to bring GoBoat from Copenhagen to London, introducing the UK's first self-drive electric boat service.
Boats are made of recycled plastic bottles, and seat up to eight passengers. Hire a boat from one hour to eight hours. Head west on the Grand Union Canal or east on the Regent's Canal through Little Venice, Maida Vale, London Zoo, Camden Lock and the markets.
Children and pets are welcome! Become a Recycling Ranger, or simply sit back, be your own captain and enjoy the scenery.

360° Camden Town, London

The London Boat Show 2015
The London Boat Show 2015
The 61st London Boat Show has opened at the Excel Centre in London Docklands.
The UK is a key player in the global leisure boating industry, generating revenue of £3bn, and is the base for a number of world-renowned brands, including Fairline Boats and Sunseeker.
Last year's event pulled in around 90,000 visitors. This year, organisers are hoping numbers will top 100,000. OnTv Station's Emdad Rahman went along.
GoBoat is now at Kingston upon Thames
Check out our newest location at Kingston upon Thames. Charter your own picnic boat to Hampton Court Palace and Teddington Lock. The perfect way to see the sights and local wildlife with friends and family. Children are very welcome and we're dog friendly too. Boats are made using recycled 80% plastic bottles (PET) and engines are non-polluting electric motors, almost silent which is great for spotting wildlife.
???? Beautiful Hyde Park in London
At the heart of London, Hyde Park provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park is an oasis of green made up into many themes. There is the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain, a popular area to relax and unwind in, also areas to play sport or horse ride on and others still laid out for the enjoyment of flowers or the landscape. At Hyde Park's centre lies the Serpentine, a lake for boating and swimming. Around its shores walking paths dotted with cafes can be enjoyed.
My Birthday on the canal????????????⚓️????????
Another blessed birthday with my squad. Nothing but love and laughter! ❤️❤️❤️

LITTLE VENICE TO CAMDEN TOWN | Things To Do When In London
LITTLE VENICE TO CAMDEN TOWN | When In London | 11th August 2018
We met up at Paddington Station. From there, we walked along the canal, passing some houseboats and floating bars/restaurants, until we reached Little Venice.
After having our coffee, we got on a boat that took us to Camden Lock. We wandered around the buzzing Camden Market before grabbing some mouth-watering street food. Choosing what to eat was tough as there were too many choices! You can find almost every international cuisine.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to Camden Town on a late Saturday afternoon...didn’t realize how busy it can be!
Paddington hosts Silver Sunday Boat trips, October 2018
Launched in 2012 by the Sir Simon Milton Foundation and Westminster City Council, Silver Sunday has grown into a nationwide campaign, to raise awareness of loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly and celebrate old age.
In partnership with Penfold Community Hub and GoBoat London, the Paddington Partnership invited 72 local older residents to join us on the water for gentle canal cruises on Tuesday 3 October. Our guests were hosted by corporate volunteers from Merchant Square, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Heathrow Express, M&S and Paddington Central, who in their role as Captains took responsibility for navigation and hospitality on the 45-minute trips.
Our volunteers showcased their baking skills by rustling up tasty treats, before taking to the helm and steering the boats from Paddington, through Little Venice and along the regent's Canal.
London Live joined us for the morning and spoke to the organisers and participants.
