GWITHIAN BEACH AND GODREVY POINT LIGHTHOUSE. CORNWALL TRIP. 2018.
Finally!! The rain stops, and we can get out for our first walk on our Cornwall adventure! We head for GWITHIAN TOWANS, a huge 3 mile beach, walk up to GODREVY POINT with it's LIGHTHOUSE, and check out the SEALS at MUTTON COVE!! It's a bit windy....pretty handy for the windsurfers, and we take home a dinner treat of free Cornish mussels!! All in all, a great day!!

Godrevy Surfers - October 10th 2018
Took the Phantom down the beach on the way back from work to catch the surfers.
A persistent 17mph wind from the SE was quite challenging for drones and surfers alike.

Footage of the storms hitting the UK in February 2014, Filmed at Lizard Point during low tide and Godrevy Lighthouse. High tide was much earlier in the day or much later on the evening, but still got some really good footage.

Godrevy to Portreath South West Coastal Path
Holiday bike ride on part of the South West coastal trail in Cornwall. Starting at Hell's Mouth cafe and working my way along the cliff edge trail, down to Portreath beach and up Lighthouse Hill. An easy ride but there is a bit of hike a bike to do, getting up and down some steep steps near the Portreath section of the trail.

A trip down to Godrevy with the Phantom whilst the surfers were out. Needing the FPV kit now so I can see where to aim the camera when it is that far away that I can't make out the orientation!
