Golden Gate Canyon State Park | Ultra Training Journey
This is the journey of my ultra marathon training, A dream Trail Running in Philippines Hardcore 100miles this coming May 16-17,2019 and a longest road race in Philippines Manila to Pagudpud 580km with 130hrs cutoff on June 4-9 ,2019. Lastly, my husband and me will be hiking the entire Colorado Trail (486 miles) in July, our target time is 3 weeks.

Tuesday: Full Body Workout
Wednesday: Leg Day And Abs Workout plus 25km Treadmill
Thursday: Leg Day And 42km Treadmill
Friday: Deadlift, Squat And Abs Workout
Saturday : Trail Running 19km
Sunday : Trail Running 16km
Total Mileage : 102km

This hike was in Golden Gate Canyon State Park in Golden, CO; just inside the front range. Spring just hit the area so there's a lot of melt on the trails. The creeks, rivers and springs are rushing so it makes for some pretty fun filming. Thanks watching.

Golden Gate Canyon and Rustic Falls is located shortly before Mammoth Hot Springs on the road between Mammoth Hot Springs and Norris Junction.
Base Camp at Golden Gate Canyon
Our campground stop right before Lowry Campground. It required driving 20-25 miles at the base of the mountains and 10 miles of driving up steep country roads. We had to leave one night early due to the impending May 3 ft snowstorm to make it to Lowry.

Colorado Park and Wildlife officials said no bear attack took place at Golden Gate Canyon State Park after a woman reported it to Gilpin County deputies Wednesday afternoon.

The Golden Gate Mine, Mono County, California.
This gold mining claim was first discovered in 1898 and expanded by further discoveries of veins of minimal bearing quartz in the following years. In 1900 J.E. Canter discovered 1500 linear feet by 600 feet wide of load and proclaimed that this claim will be known as Golden Gate. Between 1900 and 1902 the mine was purchased by Ed F. Donovan and Joe A. Brown and they began constructing tunnels, trails, chutes and reforming the wagon road. Brown and Donovan owned and operated the mine from 1902 to 1927 even though the mine was idle through much of the latter years.
