Wells Gray Park (Green Mountain), British Columbia

Wells Gray Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada
We spent one day along the Clearwater River Road, in Wells Gray Provincial Park, viewing the Waterfalls.
Being mid-spring, the waterfalls where in full flow from the snow melt in the higher elevations.
The 3 Falls we viewed are:
Spahats Creek Falss--246 ft drop
Dawson Falls--66 ft drop across the Murtle River
Helmcken Falls--563 ft drop
All 3 are within a short walk from the parking area to the viewing areas.
Music: 50 most famous pieces of classical music.
Enjoy!!

One of Canada's newest parks, Ts'il?os (pronounced sigh-loss) is bordered by the rugged Chilcotin ranges of coastal mountains. Stunningly beautiful and rich in wildlife, the park's centerpiece is Chilko Lake, a magnificent aqua blue glacial lake that is the largest and highest natural freshwater lake in North America

Lookout Trail - Algonquin Provincial Park
The ascent up to the cliff of the Lookout Trail in Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada. The cliff over looks the Maples, Pines and Birches. I have been in the Spring and Winter, but wanted to see this sight in the Fall, however I was a week too early. The start of the colours are there, but it would be an awesome sight now (End Sept/ Start Oct 2009)

Wells Gray Park (Helmcken Falls), British Columbia
View from the Lookout Trail - Algonquin Provincial Park
The view from the Lookout once I put my Handycam on a tripod, although given the rocky outcropping I was on, it wasn't all that level....
