PLA Guangzhou Military Region Conducts Drill to Improve Collaborative Capacity
The 42rd regiment of PLA Guangzhou military region recently conducted an attacking combat in a forest land to improve collaborative capacity in south China's Guangzhou Province.
An armed assault team encountered rounds of firepower attacks from some hidden enemies when the team arrived at the front line of the enemy.
Fang Zhichao, a squad leader, found armored cars unable to carry out suppression and immediately made his decision to let soldiers get out from vehicles.
Soldiers combat under the cover of smoke balls released by armored cars and with the the help of gunners who launched rocket shells to strike the hidden enemies.
In a battlefield, there are many cases that you can't imagine nor solely rely on one force. So, we made a clear division on targeting, firepower types, and the way in collaborative actions in our usual trainings, said Fang.

Yksi | Liberation of Light ON TOUR - Guangzhou
Yksi exhibition: Liberation of Light ON TOUR in Guangzhou
Dutch artists, architects and designers are rated amongst the worldwide frontrunners in applying new lighting technology such as LED and OLED. The exhibition Liberation of Light shows that LEDs are much more than small, sustainable 'lamps'. Light has literally been freed from the casing of that familiar bulb. A light revolution has manifest itself - as big as or perhaps even greater than the invention of the lightbulb 150 years ago.
'Liberation of Light' has gone worldwide. After the huge success of Yksi's 'Liberation of Light', previously exhibited at the Designhuis, Eindhoven, it is making a world tour. The exhibition, showing LED's and design previously presented at the Beijing Design Week, China from the 25th of September till the 3th of October followed its world tour to the Guangzhou Design Week from the 9th till the 11th of December.

Guangzhou travel and tour bus in China
=====================
=====================
=====================
=====================
===========================

London is bracing itself for an invasion by China's famous Terracotta Army. The 2,200-year-old clay statues are regarded as one of the greatest archaeological finds of the 20th century. They were buried alongside China's first emperor, possibly to protect him in the afterlife. Around 20 of the lifesize figures will go on display at the British Museum next Thursday. Dalal Azar reports from the exhibition.

Tallest Towers in the World Height Comparison 2019
This is a list of extant towers that fulfill the engineering definition of a tower: a tall human structure, always taller than it is wide, meant for public or regular operational access by humans, but not for living in or office work, and are self-supporting or free-standing, which means no guy-wires for support.
Towers are most often built to use their height for various purposes and can stand alone or as part of a larger structure. Some common purposes are for telecommunications, and as a viewing platform.

In Jinan Shandong China Military Arm PLA Drills for taking over Island chinese Rising Power
Four of China's seven military regions held military exercises in an attempt that experts believe is meant to serve as a warning to Japan over its claim to the Diaoyu Islands, the Yangtze Evening Post reported.
The Nanjing, Jinan, Chengdu and Guangzhou military regions recently conducted large-scale exercises. The Nanjing Military Region of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) combined naval, air and land forces to hold island landing exercises. The Jinan Military Region underwent intensive forced island landing and combat exercises, while demonstrating the effectiveness of the Flying Leopard fighters.
Hu Siyuan, a strategy expert based in Beijing, said that these kinds of assault and defense exercises give a clear warning message to Japan that China is prepared for and confident about protecting the Diaoyu Islands. China is not worried about a potential showdown over the disputed islands, Hu said.
Citing historical conflicts between Japan and the U.S., Hu said that it would be impossible for Japan to receive military aid from the U.S. despite the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the U.S. and Japan.
In addition, the PLA Daily reported that the PLA navy succeeded in intercepting anti-ship missiles with a type of shipboard artillery in an exercise, claiming to set a new world record.
Hu Siyuan said that the new artillery could make a protection screen for Chinese vessels and render them untouchable by enemies' missiles. It is a deterrent weapon to American, especially Japanese navy vessels, he added.

STORYLINE
China has just begun work on a railway line that will be one of the world's greatest feats of engineering - and one of the most controversial, because it will be the first track into Tibet. The Chinese say the line is needed to help develop the region economically as part of a huge drive to raise living standards in the west. But opponents who support Tibet's liberation say the line will be used to flood the region with Chinese migrants and drain it of natural resources.
