Haller Park Mombasa Kenya Experience
Haller Park is a nature park based in Mombasa, Bamburi along the Kenyan Coast. It was previously known as Bamburi Nature Trail. The recreation ground is located 12 km past the Kenyatta Public beach, next to Bamburi Cement factory, opp Nakumatt Supermarket. Haller is 25 minutes drive from Mombasa Town. The park is an ecological area which was transformed from a quarry wasteland. In this recreation ground, you will find various animal and plant species which serve as a recreation hub for the locals and tourists.

Matembezi Ya Haller Park is a cinematic Swahili documentary by Mwalily Exclusive Media.
It tells a story about the two famous parks in Kenya, Haller Park and Bamburi Forest Trails and how environment conservation resulted to one of the tourists and recreation centers.

Giraffen füttern und mehr im Haller Park - Mombasa - Kenia
An unserem zweiten Tag in Kenia (20.5.17) fahren Sabrina und ich mit dem Taxi in den nahegelegenen Haller-Park, denn wir haben keine Lust auf Strand oder Pool und unsere Ausflüge und Safaris starten erst in 2 Tagen.
Gerade als wir dort ankommen ist Fütterungszeit und wir geben den Giraffen ein paar Leckerlis ;-) Im Anschluß machen wir mit einem Guide eine exklusive Führung durch das Gelände, leider sind die Flusspferde abgetaucht - eines davon stammt übrigens aus dem Frankfurter Zoo. Ungewöhnlich sind dazu die Riesenschildkröten dort.

Entdecken Sie Erholungszonen, Naturpfade, Feuchtbiotope und viele Tierarten wie Nilpferde, Giraffen, zahlreiche Affenarten, Landschildkröten, Reptilien- und Vögel. Zu den einzelnen Parkabschnitten zählen unter anderem ein Krokodilrevier, ein großes Reptilienhaus, eine Fischfarm und schöne Palmengärten.
