Une activité que j'ai adoré faire à Kyoto : Haru Cooking Class !
J'ai toujours voulu goûter au boeuf de Kobe ! Sa viande est tellement tendre qu'elle fond dans la bouche ... mais son prix freine plus d'un : environ 300 € le kilo ! Outch...
Mais j'ai trouvé le bon plan avec Haru Cooking Class ! Parce qu'en plus d'apprendre à cuisiner des plats typiquement japonais, on peut manger du boeuf de Kobe !
Dans cet épisode, nous cuisinons de la soupe miso, du dashimaki tamago, de kinpira et du fukumeni (et du boeuf de Kobe, évidemment).
Taro-san, celui qui nous anime ce cours, nous enseigne comment cuisiner les plats, les astuces japonaises à prendre en cuisine ainsi que tout ce que l'on souhaite savoir sur le boeuf de Kobe.
