Power's Home Heating Fire - Part 1

There were no injuries, but fire destroyed a landmark in Dunville. Placentia Mayor Bill Hogan says Saturday night's blaze gutted Power's Home Heating. He says the building itself was completely destroyed, but the important documents related to the business are intact. The RCMP and the Fire Commissioner's Office are investigating the cause of the fire.
Hogan says it's a well-established business in the community, that was housed on the main road in Dunville. He says it was previously a general store and residence and has been there for about 60 years. He says it was later developed into an office and storage area about 25 years ago by the Power family.
