I’ve been on HGTV’s House Hunters 3 times and even the house I bought out Lake Travis who was also on the show so it was a lot of fun this was the doctors show that I did out in lake Way and they bought in rough Hollow and they found me on video actually it’s a YouTube channel that I have I have a YouTube channel with 11 million views on it and the doctor was looking for a job from he was also from California lake Tahoe area and he was looking for a job and I helped him get the job at the hospital to be the family doctor for the hospital and bought his house in rough hollow with his wife and his daughter but you know decided to move in here right licensed place from everywhere a lot of Californians don’t hold it against him it’s a free country right but this is why this is what it’s all about you know this US news and world report this is not fake news this is ha this is the best place to live in the United States code this is back in February this article came out we just bumped Denver Colorado to 2nd place
so this is a picture that I had when I had just done about 2004 believe it or not right from the top high took this picture and it was pretty dramatic you will notice also there is no a lot of traffic there even in 2004 but fast forward about 6-7 years and this is what it looks like in 2011 taken from the same place by the way if you really want a great view of the city go the higher in the 17th floor that’s the view of the window there is a restaurant up there and then yesterday I went there and this is what it looks like so a little bit a few more buildings then before but then if turn to the left if you’re looking at the city this none of these was here none of that that’s all brand look at the cranes I think it’s the state bird of Texas it’s a crane right now so is Austin growing or not I mean this is it there’s cranes and course that leads to its struggles and troubles which you know this is also a picture I took yesterday at 9:35 in the middle of the day you know traffic there is a problem affordability is a problem and that’s why well we become investors because if the affordability is a problem then what happens has to happen people have to rent so that’s what I’m excited about its cracking rent some I’ve invested myself from right here so that’s nothing you know there’s a lot of gurus that do travel all around and do these presentations all over the United States I think there’s going to be one here today too make sure you Google your guru so just FYI so but I’m personally getting involved in transaction with our clients and help them build love through real estate.
