Short Video Documentary about Fort Stockton, Texas
This is a video I made about Fort Stockton, Texas. I visited there in 2010, took the photos and narrated the video. It does not cover everything in Fort Stockton, but gives you somewhat an idea of what the town is like. There is a little bit about the town, the old fort and some images of the surrounding area. I didn't get any footage of the restaurants in town, but if you ever visit there, stop by K-Bob's Steakhouse. Good food and friendly service. Enjoy.

Dinosaur Tracks, Fort Stockton, TX 2016
Me and my nephew Brandon go on an adventure to see a local attraction: the dinosaur foot tracks near Fort Stockton, TX. The tracks are about 1 hour from where I live, and are very difficult to find unless you know exactly where to go. I won’t give the exact instructions on how to get there, as people are known to vandalize, and I’d like to keep the area pristine. Track me down, however, and I will take you there personally.
The cage was erected long ago (I’m not sure when), because people were using jackhammers to remove the prints. In the video I talk about tail drag impressions. I understand dinosaurs didn’t drag their tails, but this is what I was told, as explained by a geology instructor. The dino could have been squatting, perhaps. They are believed to be from an herbivorous animal called Camptosaurus. Enjoy!

Fort Stockton High School Shattered Dreams 2018
Collaboration with Fort Stockton ISD, Fort Stockton Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety for a Shattered Dreams program at the end of the 2018 school year.
Texas Department of Public Safety hosted a shattered dreams program at the Fort Stockton high school the week before graduation. The focus of this program was to highlight the dangers that are associated with our young drivers and distracted driving. The theme for this program at Fort Stockton High School was racing and the impact that poor decisions while behind the wheel can have on the world that we live in.
The entire process took many man hours and different agencies to accomplish. The students began the morning with a 15 minute film that was directed and filmed utilizing students and school personnel. This film featured scenes that our youth face which include: parties, distracted driving, and racing.
At the end of this film, the students were led outside to witness a staged double fatal accident scene. 2 high school students were arrested while first responders worked the crime scene. The scene featured Life-flight helicopter, fire department extractions, and funeral home.
At the conclusion of this scene students finished the morning back in the auditorium for a short film on the consequences of their actions. Local paper donated copies of a fake front page.
The program was championed by Trooper Moore out of the Fort Stockton THP Office.

5-4-15 Fort Stockton, TX Gustanado Major Flooding *Ryan Meyer*
Very heavy rainfall from severe thunderstorms caused extensive flooding in the Fort Stockton, Texas area. Roads were largely underwater, while homes and businesses struggled with high water. These storms also produced some nice structure, and a gustnado.

Fort Stockton on Today in America
monahans // carlsbad // fort stockton
friends! I was just camping in New Mexico with my brother, my sister-in-law, and her sister. I wanted to share this trip with all of you so I made a little video so you can see Monahans, TX, Carlsbad, NM, and Fort Stockton, TX from my point of view this weekend. from sledding down sand dunes because we can't find snow in Texas, to frantically packing up or tent and going to a motel because wind and camping aren't the best of friends, to hiking 101 floors in Carlsbad Caverns, to getting to really camp in a KOA in Fort Stockton last night, and to FINALLY finding a tire air dispenser after driving to about 25 gas stations: I hope you enjoy.
