The Sydney Markets are a commercial enterprise in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Sydney Markets are located in the Inner West suburb of Flemington, 16 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Municipality of Strathfield. The market is the primary delivery service of these products for Sydney. The market has a wholesale sales section that caters to larger business and general sales to the public. The market is the central marketplace for Sydney's farmers to sell their products. It has a history dating back to 1788.[1]
Sydney Markets feature a number of divisions including Produce, Flowers, Growers, Fresh Food, Motor, Swap & Sell, Paddy's Markets and Sydney Markets Plaza.[2]
Paddy's Markets specialises in the sale of fruit, vegetables, fish, clothes, giftware and souvenirs to the general public. The Flower Market, that is the central provider of flowers to Sydney's florists. The Produce, Growers and Fresh Food Markets are the central provider to Sydney's grocery shops. The Swap & Sell market is a second hand market, where vendors set up a sales stand selling a range of second-hand goods. The Motor Market provides a site for private sellers to show their cars for sale.

Brisbane (pronounced /ˈbrɪzbən/[4]) is the state capital of the Australian state of Queensland and is the largest city in that state. The statistical division of Brisbane has an estimated population of approximately 2 million, along with its LGA registering a bit over a million, it is also the third most populous city in Australia.
The city is situated on the Brisbane River on a low-lying floodplain between Moreton Bay and the Great Dividing Range in southeastern Queensland. The local indigenous people knew the area as Mian-jin, meaning 'place shaped as a spike'.[5]
Brisbane is named after the river on which it sits which, in turn was named after Sir Thomas Brisbane, the Governor of New South Wales from 1821 to 1825. Brisbane's demonym is a Brisbanite.
The first European settlement in Queensland was a penal colony at Redcliffe, 28 kilometres (17 mi) north of the Brisbane central business district, in 1824. That settlement was soon abandoned and moved to North Quay in 1825. Free settlers were permitted from 1842. Brisbane was chosen as the capital when Queensland was proclaimed a separate colony from New South Wales in 1859.
At a municipal level, the city is governed by the Brisbane City Council. In 1925, the City of Brisbane Act was passed by the Queensland Government, abolishing 20 local government authorities in the city and forming the largest local authority in Australia.[6]
The city played a central role in the Allied campaign during World War II as the South West Pacific headquarters for General Douglas MacArthur.
Brisbane is fast becoming a world city renowned for its culture, architecture[7] and landscape.[8] The metropolitan area is surrounded by many national parks, and contains many rivers, bays and inlets. The main airport serving Brisbane is Brisbane International Airport, located 14 km north-east of the CBD. In 2009, Brisbane passed Melbourne as Australia second major international airport on passenger volume.
Brisbane has hosted many large cultural and sporting events including the 1982 Commonwealth Games, World Expo '88 and the 2001 Goodwill Games. In 2008, Brisbane was classified as a gamma world city+ in the World Cities Study Groups inventory by Loughborough University.[9]

Then it follows Victoria (also known as Rabat) the capital of Gozo Island, in Malta.
We pass Independence Square and we are then welcomed by St George's Basilica.

Once in Gozo, one should surely go to the Citadel. With only a few families living within the Citadel walls, and the magnificent baroque Cathedral of Gozo, the Gozitan Law Courts and the Bishop's Palace at the piazza, this place will take you back in time and helps you imagine of how live was back in the days.

Tea Plucking: A small bud forms at the end of each stem and quickly becomes a young shoot. This end leaf is usually curled and forms the bud. Other leaves are found on the stem and their number below the bud will determine the quality of the plucking: the more are removed, the lesser quality plucking.There are three types of plucking: the imperial plucking: the bud and the leaf that directly follows. the fine plucking: the bud and the two leaves that follow. This is a harvest of excellent quality. the average plucking: the bud and the three leaves that follow. This gives a lesser quality tea than the previous two but it allows the tea plant to grow better.The leaves are never plucked separately: the part of the stem that unites the young shoot and the leaves is always plucked as a whole.
In order to obtain some much sought-after teas, the 4th and 5th leaves, also called Souchong, are picked. These are usually to be found in smoked Chinese teas.
After a certain period of time the tea plant will have stems with no young shoots. This marks the resting period. The end bud is formed of the deaf leaf which is then removed in order to allow the stems to recover.Plucking is still done, in the majority of cases, by hand. Mechanization of tea plucking is still very rare; with some exceptions however:
in Japan scissors are used.
also in Japan, and in Georgia, mechanized clippers are used to straddle the rows and pluck an area with a width of 1.5m. This method presupposes a flat terrain and a large harvest, except in Japan where mechanization is very advanced but also very expensive. in Argentina, tractors are used. Tea production in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, is of high importance to the Sri Lankan economy and the world market. The country is the world's fourth largest producer of tea and the industry is one of the country's main sources of foreign exchange and a significant source of income for laborers, with tea accounting for 15% of the GDP, generating roughly $700 million annually. In 1995 Sri Lanka was the world's leading exporter of tea, (rather than producer) with 23% of the total world export, but it has since been surpassed by Kenya. The tea sector employs, directly or indirectly over 1 million people in Sri Lanka, and in 1995 directly employed 215,338 on tea plantations and estates. The humidity, cool temperatures, and rainfall in the country's central highlands provide a climate that favors the production of high quality tea. The industry was introduced to the country in 1867 by James Taylor, the British planter who arrived in 1852.Ceylon black tea is one of the country's specialities. It has a crisp aroma reminiscent of citrus, and is used both unmixed and in blends. It is grown on numerous estates which vary in altitude and taste.Ceylon green tea is mainly made from Assamese tea stock. It is grown in Idalgashinna in Uva Province. Ceylon green teas generally have the fuller body and the more pungent, rather malty, nutty flavour characteristic of the teas originating from Assamese seed stock. The tea grade names of most Ceylon green teas reflect traditional Chinese green tea nomenclature, such as tightly rolled gunpowder tea, or more open leaf tea grades with Chinese names like Chun Mee. Overall, the green teas from Sri Lanka have their own characteristics at this time - they tend to be darker in both the dry and infused leaf, and their flavour is richer; this could change in the future. As market demand preferences change, the Ceylon green tea producers start using more of the original Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Brazilian seed base, which produces the very light and sparkling bright yellow colour and more delicate, sweet flavour with which most of the world market associates green teas. At this time, Sri Lanka remains a very minor producer of green teas and its green teas, like those of India and Kenya, remain an acquired taste.Ceylon white tea
Ceylon Silver tip tea.Ceylon white tea, also known as silver tips is highly prized, and prices per kilogram are significantly higher than other teas. The tea was first grown at Nuwara Eliya near Adam's Peak between 2,200--2,500 meters (7,218--8,202 ft). The tea is grown, harvested and rolled by hand with the leaves dried and withered in the sun. It has a delicate, very light liquoring with notes of pine & honey and a golden coppery infusion. From my channel, the youtube statistic shows that there are around 8% of audience from Hong Kong, plus some viewers in overseas are Cantonese Chinese. I believe within all this population, there are numbers of people who are bilingual, either able to read and write in English from Cantonese.
Here I am seeking volunteer(s) who are willing dedicate his/her time to take half of my video workload. As you may or may not know that pre and post video production spend me most of the time, and additional video subtitle even 10 time more, then the result is: you need to wait longer for next video !
In youtube, there is a feature called Community contributions which allows viewers to contribute translated titles, descriptions, and subtitles/CC.
I will credit you on my page here if you can able to do the translation part, no matter how long or short, correct content or grammar mistake, then I am sure the community will appreciate you.
Because of you, then I can keep doing project walk tour around Hong Kong to capture and document the city as many as I can.

Tony Nelessen
Anton “Tony” Nelessen is the undergraduate program director of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers. In 1973, he moved to New Brunswick to the Hiram Market area and later moved to King Street. His interview provides the perspective of a member of the community who has a background in urban design and city planning. When the New Brunswick Development Corporation (Devco), New Brunswick Tomorrow (NBT) and Johnson & Johnson were redeveloping Hiram Market based on both a feasibility study conducted by the American Cities Corporation and new plans conceived of by I.M. Pei, Nelessen and others came up with an alternative plan, though it was not used. He delves into the issue of historic preservation and critiques the city’s redevelopment process. Nelessen traces the chronology of downtown redevelopment and discusses the impact on residential neighborhoods.

The Great Gildersleeve: Selling the Drug Store / The Fortune Teller / Ten Best Dressed
The Great Gildersleeve (1941--1957), initially written by Leonard Lewis Levinson, was one of broadcast history's earliest spin-off programs. Built around Throckmorton Philharmonic Gildersleeve, a character who had been a staple on the classic radio situation comedy Fibber McGee and Molly, first introduced on Oct. 3, 1939, ep. #216. The Great Gildersleeve enjoyed its greatest success in the 1940s. Actor Harold Peary played the character during its transition from the parent show into the spin-off and later in a quartet of feature films released at the height of the show's popularity.
On Fibber McGee and Molly, Peary's Gildersleeve was a pompous windbag who became a consistent McGee nemesis. You're a haa-aa-aa-aard man, McGee! became a Gildersleeve catchphrase. The character was given several conflicting first names on Fibber McGee and Molly, and on one episode his middle name was revealed as Philharmonic. Gildy admits as much at the end of Gildersleeve's Diary on the Fibber McGee and Molly series (Oct. 22, 1940).
Premiering on August 31, 1941, The Great Gildersleeve moved the title character from the McGees' Wistful Vista to Summerfield, where Gildersleeve now oversaw his late brother-in-law's estate and took on the rearing of his orphaned niece and nephew, Marjorie (originally played by Lurene Tuttle and followed by Louise Erickson and Mary Lee Robb) and Leroy Forester (Walter Tetley). The household also included a cook named Birdie. Curiously, while Gildersleeve had occasionally spoken of his (never-present) wife in some Fibber episodes, in his own series the character was a confirmed bachelor.
In a striking forerunner to such later television hits as Bachelor Father and Family Affair, both of which are centered on well-to-do uncles taking in their deceased siblings' children, Gildersleeve was a bachelor raising two children while, at first, administering a girdle manufacturing company (If you want a better corset, of course, it's a Gildersleeve) and then for the bulk of the show's run, serving as Summerfield's water commissioner, between time with the ladies and nights with the boys. The Great Gildersleeve may have been the first broadcast show to be centered on a single parent balancing child-rearing, work, and a social life, done with taste and genuine wit, often at the expense of Gildersleeve's now slightly understated pomposity.
Many of the original episodes were co-written by John Whedon, father of Tom Whedon (who wrote The Golden Girls), and grandfather of Deadwood scripter Zack Whedon and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly and Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog).
The key to the show was Peary, whose booming voice and facility with moans, groans, laughs, shudders and inflection was as close to body language and facial suggestion as a voice could get. Peary was so effective, and Gildersleeve became so familiar a character, that he was referenced and satirized periodically in other comedies and in a few cartoons.
