From Idaho I made my way into Bend Oregon to meet up with Russ Risdon and Kirt Voreis for a rip down Mt. Bachelor. From Bachelor I made my way to the Oregon Coast to meet up with Josh Venti and crew for his annual Shredfeast. To end my time in Oregon I made one final stop to ride Post Canyon in Hood River with Ben Kepler.

Mountain Biking Hood River, OR - Post Canyon Trails
This video features three of the most popular Post Canyon trails in Mount Hood: Bad Motor Scooter, Grand Prix and Kleeway. Each of these trails offers riders undulating trails with berms, and plenty of flow. The heart and soul that was put forth by the trail builders should make Post Canyon very memorable run from top to bottom. Enjoy!

Hood River Summer
Hi, my name is Marcus Moles. Let me tell you a story:
Whenever I think of summer, I think of Hood River, Oregon. So it was that much harder when I never made the journey west last year. I wasn't going to miss another summer. So I packed my bags and headed home.
Home.
I’ve been blessed to call this place home since a little kid. Without this place I wouldn’t be who I am today. This place creates a sense of curiosity, urgency, adventure, and thoughtfulness. Thoughtfulness for the activities you enjoy doing, and thoughtfulness for the people you spend your time here.
I was happy to get back just in time for my sister’s 25th birthday party.
Oh how time has changed and shaped us. Feels like yesterday we were little kids with only smiles and adventures to our name.
Adventures.
There is not a lack of things to do in the PNW. There is a daily internal question in the summer of how many sports you can fit into a day.
No matter how close we are to each other, these activities are what binds us together to share laughs, suffering, and memories.
Us kids owe a lot to our parents that brought us to Hood River. They raised us with the spirit of adventure, to live each day with worthy purpose, be a good person - work hard - and play hard.
Play Hard.
Oh we certainly know how to play hard out here.
onto the next adventure,
-Molesy

WORST DAY:Biking Portland to Hood River
I'm biking across America! This video is about me biking from Portland to Hood River, Oregon. I split up the day in Worst and Best day.
From Historic Road to Trail (1/6)
Since 1987, the Oregon Department of Transportation has worked with partners to preserve, enhance and reconnect the Historic Columbia River Highway from an old road to a state trail with international significance. Much work has been accomplished - 63 of the original 73 miles are now open to travel. Only 10 miles are needed to complete the connection.
Join us and filmmakers, A Path Less Pedaled, as they take us back in time to our nation's first scenic highway-and give us a glimpse into what the future holds for this pinnacle of early 20th century rural highway design.

Quick MTB lap at Post Canyon Hood River.
Few weeks back I was able to run a few laps at Post Canyon. Such a fun place to ride! So in total, been back on a bike for just over two months with limited runs at Post. Life has been absolutely crazy lately and getting out and riding has been an awesome way to get moving and also blow off steam. Borrowed GoPro with water housing so threw some tunes over the audio until I get a proper set up.
First trail is Grand Prix and second one is Middle School.

Hood River to The Dalles and back.
Five cycling friends from the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area took a ride from Hood River, Oregon to The Dalles, Oregon and back. The ride was over rural country roads for 75 miles with over 6,000 feet of climbing and some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. This ride was done on Saturday, May 12, 2012. The ride was supported by two friends who were not riding, but drove with tools, water and extra energy food.
