Sabie – Big Sky Horsehoe Trout and About // Panorama Route Day 2 of 4.
We had booked a morning fishing for Trout, at Bis Sky – Horseshoe Trout and About.
Toby was absolutely awesome with the kids and we quickly saw why he is dubbed the “trout whisper” as he hooked three trout in quick succession letting both Jay and Ash reel them in. The kids were chuffed, and very proud of themselves. Toby invited into the cleaning / kitchen area, to see the gutting and cleaning process. He even gave me advise on how to cook the trout on the fire that evening. Horseshoe Trout and About is only about 10km from Sabie, and you can rent the equipment and a braai area, and honestly, we should have spent the rest of the day here. Jay helped with the whole process of preparing and smoking the trout on the fire for supper. What an experience, to catch your own fish in the morning, prepare it, cook it and eat it for supper. He was very proud.
We drove to Dulstroom, but it was to windy for the birds of prey rehabilitation centre to have a showing of the raptors, so we had ice cream and headed back to camp.
The rest of our family joined us in the evening at Sabie River Camp.

Sabie – Bridal Veil Falls – Lonecreek Falls – Horseshoe Falls/ Panorama Route Day 1 of 4
Time stamps of each waterfall we checked out.
4:09 View of Sabie River Camp
5:24 Bridal Veil Falls
8:52 Lonecreek Falls
9:53 Horseshoe Falls
We were only in Sabie for a long weekend and packed in as much as we could each day, but still didn’t get to see everything there was to see.
We camped at the picturesque Sabie River Camp, on the Sabie river, only arriving and setting up camp in the dark.
In the morning we had breakfast at The wild Fig Tree in Sabie to fuel us for a day of waterfalls.
Our first waterfall was Bridal Veil Falls, just outside of Sabie. It’s a lovely walk up the footpath to the 146-meter waterfall, and the footpath leads all the way round behind the waterfall, and with the low hanging clouds it lived up to its name, showing off its veil.
Next up was Lone Creek Falls, which was a much shorter walk to the 70-meter falls, which drops into a crystal-clear shallow pool at the bottom. The falls are part of the Blyde river watercourse, which we see more of in the following days.
The last falls of the day was Horseshoe falls, named for the rock formation forcing the water into two falls forming a horseshoe shape. These unusual falls have been declared a national monument.
We had coffee at The Woodsman Pub and Restaurant in Sabie, before heading back to our campsite for a dip in the heated swimming pool.

Sabie – Graskop, Zip line & Gorge swing – Misty Mountains, Toboggan / Panorama Route Safari Day 4.
Our last day in Sabie, we headed straight for Graskop for the zip lines and gorge swing at The big Swing company. The girls did the zip line and I did the swing – 68 meter freefall into a 130 meter gorge. Epic.

Then we headed for Misty Mountains for the toboggan ride, on the Long tom pass. A 1.7km track winding down the mountain and through the forest, this time everyone went for a ride.
After a epic and adventure packed four days on the panorama route in Sabie, its time to head home.

With lots of trout dams, rivers and waterfalls, it is a true paradise. This video is the short version, showing what you can expect when you visit Verlorenkloof. Aerial View of Nooitgedacht Trout Farm and Hatchery in Lydenburg South Africa
The farm was established in 1845 by J J Burger, then secretary of the Volksraad, this was prior to the establishment of the Lydenburg Republic in 1855.
The Spekboom Valley is well known in fly-fishing circles. The river was first stocked in 1905 by the Lydenburg postmaster with Rainbow trout fingerlings hatched in Stellenbosch with Ova imported from England. The catchment tributaries feeding the Spekboom River include the Majubane, Whiskyspruit, Kliprots and Steenkamps streams. All which combine and contribute to excellent trout waters. Our commercial hatchery is established on the Spekboom and produce’s about 25 tons for the table market and for live trout distribution to angling estates countrywide.
There are sites on the farm dating back to the Iron Age and evidence in the form of ruins that people from East and Central Africa worked gold and copper deposits on the farm. At the turn of the century gold was mined on viable claims. In 1933 the valley was populated by some 3000 miners. The old diggings and some artifacts can still be seen.
Nooitgedacht Reserve is just less than 1200 hectares (2965 acres) in area in the Mpumalanga Escarpment bordering the Long Tom Pass which became famous in the Boer War. A temperate weather pattern is enjoyed with temperatures ranging from 32 degrees C (89.6F) to minus 3 degrees C (26.6F) at night in the winter months. Rain can be expected in moderate falls from end September through to mid – April. The Lodge is at an altitude of 1569 meters (5147 feet) and some parts of the farm exceed 1900 meters (6233 feet). The navigational position is longitude 30-34-30 latitude 25-04-00.
The farm is part of the Mount Anderson Catchment Nature Reserve and is of tremendous interest to botanists and ornithologist’s due to the wealth of indigenous plants and trees. All foreign invasive trees and plants are being removed. Some 130 varieties of birds have been identified and recently both African Finfoot and Fulvous ducks have visited. Fish Eagle, Black Eagle and Cape Vultures are often sighted.
Indigenous game include Aardwolf, African Wildcat, Antbear (Aardvark), Baboon, Black Backed Jackal, Blesbok, Bushbaby, Bushpig, Caracal(Rooikat), Civet, Eland, genet, Grey Duiker, Klipspringer, Kudu, Leopard, Mountain Reebok, Mongoose Slender, Mongoose Water,Oribi, Otter, Porcupine, Reebok, Serval, Vervet Monkey, Zebra and the rare Brown Hyena.
The estate is a two and half hour drive from the Kruger National Park and a three and half hour drive from Johannesburg.
Nooitgedacht Trout Lodge has five double en-suite bedrooms all comfortably furnished in luxurious style. 3 bedrooms have open log burning fireplaces, all other have electrical heating. A very comfortable lounge leads onto a wide well appointed veranda. The veranda’s view is over “Gold Mine” lake and up to the mountains on the northern border. A well furnished dining room leads off the lounge bar foyer.
A 4 x 4 mountain drive leads to some quite spectacular scenery and wonderful picnic spots. Hatchery tours can be arranged with the manager and are particularly interesting in the breeding season May to mid August.

SUMMARY
=======
Western Ghats also known as Sahyadri (Benevolent Mountains) is a mountain range that runs parallel to the western coast of the Indian peninsula, located entirely in India. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the eight hottest hot-spots of biological diversity in the world. It is sometimes called the Great Escarpment of India. The range runs north to south along the western edge of the Deccan Plateau, and separates the plateau from a narrow coastal plain, called Konkan, along the Arabian Sea. A total of thirty-nine properties including national parks, wildlife sanctuaries and reserve forests were designated as world heritage sites - twenty in Kerala, ten in Karnataka, five in Tamil Nadu and four in Maharashtra. The range starts near the Songadh town of Gujarat, south of the Tapti river, and runs approximately 1,600 km (990 mi) through the states of Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu ending at Marunthuvazh Malai, at Swamithope, near the southern tip of India. These hills cover 160,000 km2 (62,000 sq mi) and form the catchment area for complex riverine drainage systems that drain almost 40% of India. The Western Ghats block southwest monsoon winds from reaching the Deccan Plateau. The average elevation is around 1,200 m (3,900 ft).The area is one of the world's ten Hottest biodiversity hotspots and has over 7,402 species of flowering plants, 1,814 species of non-flowering plants, 139 mammal species, 508 bird species, 179 amphibian species, 6,000 insects species and 290 freshwater fish species; it is likely that many undiscovered species live in the Western Ghats. At least 325 globally threatened species occur in the Western Ghats.
The Great Gildersleeve: Flashback: Gildy Meets Leila / Gildy Plays Cyrano / Jolly Boys 4th of July
Aiding and abetting the periodically frantic life in the Gildersleeve home was family cook and housekeeper Birdie Lee Coggins (Lillian Randolph). Although in the first season, under writer Levinson, Birdie was often portrayed as saliently less than bright, she slowly developed as the real brains and caretaker of the household under writers John Whedon, Sam Moore and Andy White. In many of the later episodes Gildersleeve has to acknowledge Birdie's commonsense approach to some of his predicaments. By the early 1950s, Birdie was heavily depended on by the rest of the family in fulfilling many of the functions of the household matriarch, whether it be giving sound advice to an adolescent Leroy or tending Marjorie's children.
By the late 1940s, Marjorie slowly matures to a young woman of marrying age. During the 9th season (September 1949-June 1950) Marjorie meets and marries (May 10) Walter Bronco Thompson (Richard Crenna), star football player at the local college. The event was popular enough that Look devoted five pages in its May 23, 1950 issue to the wedding. After living in the same household for a few years with their twin babies Ronnie and Linda, the newlyweds move next door to keep the expanding Gildersleeve clan close together.
Leroy, aged 10--11 during most of the 1940s, is the all-American boy who grudgingly practices his piano lessons, gets bad report cards, fights with his friends and cannot remember to not slam the door. Although he is loyal to his Uncle Mort, he is always the first to deflate his ego with a well-placed Ha!!! or What a character! Beginning in the Spring of 1949, he finds himself in junior high and is at last allowed to grow up, establishing relationships with the girls in the Bullard home across the street. From an awkward adolescent who hangs his head, kicks the ground and giggles whenever Brenda Knickerbocker comes near, he transforms himself overnight (November 28, 1951) into a more mature young man when Babs Winthrop (both girls played by Barbara Whiting) approaches him about studying together. From then on, he branches out with interests in driving, playing the drums and dreaming of a musical career.
Magicians assisted by Jinns and Demons - Multi Language - Paradigm Shifter
So in the rumors of researching the Illuminati, we sometimes hear faint whisperings of celebrities who sell their souls for fame and fortune.
Magicians do pretty much the same thing and this video provide about 3 hours of evidence.
What secret is so big you have to form multiple secret societies to cover it up?
How come no matter where you start researching the Illuminati, whether it be from JFK to the Moon Landing to Ley Lines to UFOs,
you'll always arrive at the richest most powerful people in world wearing robes and worshipping an owl.
Are they just dumb?
Nope. You're dumb if you think the worlds richest and most powerful are dumb. They know exactly what their doing and after watching this video you will too.
From Manly P. Hall's words himself.
This movie is not to be missed. It's very educational.
