Come out for a good cause to celebrate our House of Blues 20th anniversary with 20 nights of giving. Each night a different local charity will host an evening in the lounge from 5-8pm. 10% of all proceeds will go back to the non-profit. The purpose of the Mabuhay Foundation is to provide schools in need located in the United States and the Philippines necessary tools such as (new or used) school supplies, books, computers, etc. to aid students in learning.

All donation stations will be manned by sponsoring company and charity volunteers and clothing will be laundered and distributed at the 2014 Veterans Stand Down hosted by U.S.VETS -- Las Vegas. Participants who opt to not donate during the race and are participating in the timed race (competitive start) will be supplied with a bag at packet pick --up so they can donate prior to the race if they desire.

U.S.VETS is the nation's largest nonprofit provider of comprehensive services to homeless and at-risk veterans. They are dedicated to the successful transition of military veterans and their families. With 11 facilities in six states and the District of Columbia, U.S.VETS provides vital services such as case management, employment assistance, job placement, counseling, as well as drug- and alcohol-free housing to over 3,000 veterans each day. In a year, U.S.VETS will help 3,000 veterans find housing and over 1,000 veterans obtain full-time employment.

House of Blues 20 anniversary
House of Blues changed the face of entertainment in Las Vegas when it opened its doors to three distinct venues in 1999, introducing locals and visitors alike to the music hall, Restaurant & Bar and the Foundation Room. Never before in Las Vegas had a brand created a presence that touched on live music, nightlife and food and beverage. To celebrate its 20th anniversary recently, two days of events marked the occasion. First, a commemorative poster was unveiled that was created by fan memories – ticket stubs and photographs are at the heart of this specially-designed poster. Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft was on hand to present a proclamation naming the anniversary date (March 2, 2019) as House of Blues Day on the Las Vegas Strip and throughout the County. The party continued with a special performance by L.A. Vation, a tribute to U2. The first show performed at House of Blues Las Vegas was Bob Dylan on March 2, 1999. He invited a very special singer to join him on stage – U2’s Bono. The performance by L.A. Vation brings the nostalgia of that night back to the House of Blues stage.

The ultimate nighttime walking tour of the entire Las Vegas Strip for 2 hours. Perfect for treadmill exercise. This is the longest walk I've ever filmed by far and I enjoyed every moment of it. The Bellagio's Fountain Show is the highlight of my walk. I'm glad I was able to capture it. It's absolutely breathtaking.

Tour Diary 28 Mandalay Bay Las Vegas, Nv
Ditch has just returned home to California, USA, after a career highlight guest performance at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas, NV with Mystic Roots (July 4th 2010). The show began with an enourmous Fourth Of July fireworks show set to music that pays tribute to the United States' Independence. After the beachside fireworks show, the headlining band Mystic Roots took the stage. The excited crowd of over 3,000 people then crossed the water where the stage was to be below the performance, which was some 10 feet above them. Halfway through the Mystic Roots powerful reggae set Ditch, decked out in a Sullen hat and Serious Pimp Sunglasses, came running out to perform a verse on the song 'Lifestyles. Ditch ran through his Marijuana oriented verse as the crowd continued their night of dancing. Ditch then thanked the Las Vegas crowd and dissapeared from sight. Ditch has performed on past Mystic Roots shows at House Of Blues Hollywood, Ca; House Of Blues Anaheim, Ca; Chico State University, Chico, Ca, San Francisco, Ca and many others. In September 2013 Urban released his seventh studio album FUSE. His fourth #1 album marked the first time that a male Country artist has debuted atop the all-genre charts in the United States, Canada and Australia. The album’s first single, “Little Bit of Everything” took the top spot on the Country Singles Chart, as did “We Were Us”, featuring Miranda Lambert, which gave Urban a streak of five consecutive #1 songs (dating back to 2011’s “Without You”).
