Golden Traingle tour | Delhi Jaipur Agra Delhi circuit tour | Places to visit in golden triangle
Golden Triangle heritage circuit tour details :
The Delhi-Agra-Jaipur circuit, popularly known as the Golden Triangle, probably attracts more tourists than the rest of India put together. The breathtaking beauty of the Taj, the Rajput splendor of the Pink City, and the strange amalgamation of the ancient and modern that go to make India's capital city create a heady magic mix potent enough to satisfy the casual visitor, seductive enough to lure the serious traveler further in. Here's a couple of quick 4 and 5 day itineraries- the minimum time required to see these cities. You could either extend your stay in any city or add on other packages like a wildlife sanctuary visit or a camel safari.
The Golden Triangle tour takes you on a road trip through three of India's most iconic and historically significant cities. The complete circuit covers approximately 800 kilometres and gives you a chance to really sink your teeth into the Indian experience. Here we have a little information on each of these cities and some of the places to visit on this classic introduction to India.
Chandni Chowk
Now here's a market that's more, shall we say, intense. This is an authentic Indian bazaar, Delhi's oldest and busiest, and is located in the old part of the city.

Welcome to the beginning of our INDIA STREET FOOD series! We are starting the tour in AMRITSAR, the capital of PUNJAB and full of delicious Punjabi cuisine. In this episode we start the day at a famous Indian breakfast stall Giani Tea Stall to try kachori, butter bread and chai (120 INR / 1.69 USD). It was so buttery and delicious on a cold morning. Next, we go to the Golden Temple, Harmandir Sahiba, to marvel at its beauty. It was free to enter, but you must cover your head. Then we head deep into OLD Amritsar to taste its history. Our first stop was at Punjabi restaurant Kesar Da Dhaba, where they serve a Punjabi thali (255 INR / 3.58 USD) as well as some regional desserts, kulfi (70 INR / 0.98 USD) and phirni (50 INR / 0.70 USD).
Exploring through the narrow alleys by rickshaw is a lot of fun and we stopped to have a lassi, something you CANNOT MISS on a trip to INDIA! Gian Di Lassi makes them fresh and has a unique Punjabi flavour, although it is very sweet (120 INR / 1.69 USD). Before leaving Old Amritsar, we wanted to savour some meat! We went to Joginder Dhaba for some buttery chicken curry (350 INR / 4.92 USD), and the chef was nice enough to show us all the different meats he had cooking street side.
We were super full on Indian STREET FOOD but we had to make one more stop at the end of the day. We wanted to eat the famous Punjabi fried fish and went to Makhan Fish and Chicken Corner. This place has been around since 1962!!! We ordered their deliciously thick river fish that is fried to perfection (390 INR / 5.48 USD), chicken tandoor (240 INR / 3.37 USD), mutton tikka (420 INR / 5.90 USD) and of course, butter chicken (350 INR / 4.92 USD). It was a full Punjabi FEAST and the fish was so DELICIOUS!!!

LIVING IN AN INDIAN VILLAGE ???????? RURAL LIFE IN JODHPUR INDIA
We lived in this Indian village for a few days and got to learn the ways of rural Indian village life. It's much different from city life and was great to see the simple old-fashioned ways the villagers still live in India. Living in an Indian village is a beautiful experience and we got to experience Indian village cooking, and felt like part of the family.
In this video, we stayed at Chhotaram Prajapat's Homestay which is a beautiful Rajasthani village in Jodhpur. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are going to India you must spend some time here.

In today’s episode, we are continuing to explore Amritsar’s street food scene, eating tons of AMAZING Punjabi specialties. And later in the episode, we are heading to the Indian / Pakistan border to watch the daily ceremony, and eat some delicious Pakistani food nearby.
We start the day at the Telephone Exchange, an area packed with street food. Our first stop is for Punjabi style poori, which is a deep fried puffy dough served with thick chana masala (chick pea gravy). Just nearby the Telephone Exchange, there was a stall serving a buttery paneer bhurji (scrambled cheese with onions, tomatoes and spices). Scooping the thick paneer chucks into the slice of bread is HEAVEN! Gaurav wanted to show us a famous and unknown stall that serves a RARE winter specialty, jaggery pudding. It was so good we all ate a few!
For lunch, we went to the famous Ashok Kumar Kulche Wala for a big plate of buttery kulcha (flatbread). This stall is packed with locals eating this Punjabi specialty right on the street. Watching them make the kulcha at all different stations was interesting to watch! The kulcha was served with a chutney and chana masala, and it was really SPICY!
Since Amritsar is very close to Pakistan (Wagah border) we decided to go watch the daily flag lowering ceremony between India and Pakistan. It was PACKED with people from all over India and the world! After the ceremony, we visited a restaurant called Sarhad (which translates to “border”) to try some Pakistani dishes. The concept of the restaurant is to promote peace, between India and Pakistan, through the love of food! We ordered chapli kebab (minced mutton kebab) and Lahori murgh (Pakistani style chicken). It was delicious and the owner was kind enough to show us the entire complex, which features Pakistani art pieces, clothing and furniture. If you want to visit any of these places yourself, check the info below:

India's Most Luxurious Resort - Evolve Back, Coorg | Complete Experience and Impressions
More Details About the Resort in my Blog:
What is up guys and welcome to yet another video. . So after driving for 1300 km from home we finally reached Coorg
In this Video i am going to be sharing my experience and impressions of one of India most luxurious resorts
Evolve Back, Coorg - Orange County
Location: The Resort is Located just a few kilometers from the small town of madikeri. It spreads across 20 acres of land and is surrounded by dense forests, coffee and rice plantations.
Philosophy: The Resorts main philosophy is what they call as sustainable tourism. They Believe in renewable energy, no use of plastics, and minimal water wastage, believe me when I say that, they don’t even use Pens. They have their own water recycling plant and RO plants for drinking water in every room
And the name evolve back comes from the thought process that we as humans are striving so much in search for the perfect life which mostly material, that sometimes we forget the only true happiness you can achieve is when you are on with nature as you are also a part of it. And the resort is built around this idea which makes you feel as close to nature as possible
Overall Experience: Overall we had the best time of our lives and I will not be forgetting this experience any time soon. The place really does take you back to your human roots and makes you realize how being close to nature helps you truly find yourself.
I have made a list of things that you might need while on a road trip in India, just make sure you have all this.

Delhi, India is a true CURRY HEAVEN, and we traveled here to go for this DEEP Street Food tour of Old Delhi! The Food Ranger (Trevor James) is in India eating Street Food! This walk through Old delhi truly was an AMAZING STREET FOOD ADVENTURE with delicious curry, amazing restaurants, and with so much tasty and UNIQUE Indian food recipes for our huge Indian dinner.
If you love eating street food around the world and street food in India, or even all over Asia, you will love the street food in Old Delhi. You can find street food everywhere, where everyone seems to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and SPICY dishes all over the street.
In one day in old Delhi, India, we had 7 delicious street foods all made in the halal style.
We started out the day with an AMAZING ramadan experience at the largest Mosque in Delhi, Jama Masjid. We picked up a ton of different Indian street foods to bring to the mosque and break the fast with all the locals. We shared the delicious food, and then went back to the streets of Old Delhi to try more food.
The first food we had on our street food tour was the Delhi Fried Chicken, DFC, covered in Indian spices like masala and mustard. It was extremely JUICY and PLUMP!!!
Afterwards, we tried more BBQ chicken and then went for a nice Indian dinner cooked by one of the locals in Old Delhi. His family recipes were passed down to him and his food was legendary! We ate Indian Chicken Biryani and chicken korma curry along with Buffalo Korma along with Kameeri Roti! It was absolutely delicious!
After this, we went to the LEGENDARY Changezi chicken joint that invented the recipe for this juicy and flavour packed chicken curry dish!
To finish of the day, we went for some delicious BBQ Seekh Kebabs, extremely flavourful!!
The addresses for these street food restaurants in Old Delhi, India, are found on the main street below Jama Masjid, Old Delhi, India.

DAY 70 - OUR FIRST TIME IN INDIA (NEW DELHI)
DAY 70 - OUR FIRST TIME IN INDIA (NEW DELHI) // 19.12.2016
So you may think that £417 per person is alot to spend on a tour and with the benefit of hindsight, we know that we could have explored Rajasthan for cheaper.
We have even discussed the possibility of what led us to booking this tour (with Delhi based agency 'Bridge The World Tours & Travels) was in actual fact a scam/operation 'scare the tourist'...
Were we led down the most DANGEROUS street in Delhi?
Were we separated on purpose?
Were the stories of rape told by the taxi driver true?
Was the taxi driver actually 'lost'?
Regardless of the above suspicions and with this vlog being shot a month ago, the experience that we had, was money well spent.
Ok ok it may not have been an authentic travel experience. Especially coming from us being very independent and well travelled, but we had our very own private driver for 11 DAYS!*
*averaging around £50 a day (with food)
Our driver Amit was quite the hero. He helped us with cash flow when ATMs ran dry and offered insights into Indian culture. We were even able to take our time at each destination along the way or make unscheduled stops.
We devised a plan, which suited our length of stay and sought out EXACTLY what we wanted to see.
Most of all we felt safe! Although we may have been scared into submission, after arriving at our first hotel, we didn't once feel scared or anxious. The whole trip was easy and hassle free.
For any future travellers heading to India (north) and does not have the funds to cover a private tour, here are some tips for your stay:
Be careful of additional tipping demands that come with your visit
Be careful of delayed trains in Rajasthan (especially in Winter).
Make sure you know exactly where your hotel is
Carry some Indian rupees for when you arrive (although the cash flow situation should have eased up by now)
Be confident and be vigilant
Most of all have fun and know that Indian people are very hospitable and approachable (don't worry about the chaos, you will get used to it)
Anyways more on the tour over the next 11 days. You can judge for yourself whether our decision to book this tour is justified. All we know is that if we were to do Rajasthan again, we would book a tour like this again.
You can check out the tour company below for some honest reviews.

BEST INDIAN FOOD IN DELHI ???? Famous Indian Street Food and Restaurants in Delhi India
We show you the best Indian food in Delhi, with the help of our local Indian friend! We tried 6 mouthwatering, famous Indian street food stalls and restaurants around New Delhi that we highly suggest you check out for a taste of authentic Indian food! Pani Puri, the original Butter Chicken recipe, South Indian Dosa and more!
This was Ryan’s first time trying Indian food, so for everyone who has been pestering him to try new foods, this is the video to watch!! With the help of our friend Minokshi, Ryan was able to try some of the best food in India and he loved it!
Our first stop on our Delhi food tour was Moti Mahal, a historic restaurant in Old Delhi which is said to have made the first ever butter chicken. Stacia also got a little adventurous and ordered Goat Brain Masala. Needless to say, the butter chicken was the star of this show ;) If you are looking for a good place to enjoy some Old Delhi food, Moti Mahal is our top choice for restaurants.
Second we ventured down to South Delhi to try one of the best Biriyani dishes in the city at Al-Nawaz. The biriyani is special here because it is made with raw spices instead of power, giving it a full natural flavor. The biriyani was one of the cheapest items in our Delhi Food Vlog coming in at 200 Rupee or $2.80 and feeds 2 people.
Third, and possibly our favorite, was a taste of South Indian food at Saravana Bhavan. We ordered paper dosa cooked in Indian ghee, Indian filter coffee, and some amazing desserts!
We then ventured into Old Delhi to see a little bit more of the Delhi street food scene. We kept seeing these round fried balls on the street and these street food stalls are always so busy! We found out the snack is called Pani Puri, a fried wheat ball filled with either tangy or sweet liquid made to order. Pani Puri is considered some of the most popular and best food in India, as many commuters stand at the Pani Puri stalls for a quick snack while moving throughout their day.
Next up on the Indian street food tour we found ourselves at a night market near Jama Masjid. Some of the best street foods in Delhi is said to be lining these streets that come alive every night until almost midnight. We were here to go to the oldest restaurant in Delhi, Karim’s, to sample their famous Kebabs. Tucked away in an alley, we found the restaurant packed to the brim. The kebabs were good, but it’s the history that made this place special. If you’re wondering what to eat in Delhi, don’t miss the oldest and most historic restaurant in the city!
Last, but certainly not least, was a street food dessert made from carrots, pistachios, curd, and cashews. It sounds strange, but it was so good! Even though we were so full, this was one of our favorite little dishes. If you’re into street food India definitely has some of the best.
Thanks to Minokshi, we were able to try the best Indian food in Delhi and have an amazing experience. No, we did not get sick, so if you are interested in trying some of the best food in India make sure you follow this list! We hope you guys liked this Delhi food vlog and let us know if you have any questions.
We have some more India videos coming out soon, so make sure to subscribe! If you are considering traveling to India, please feel free to comment down below and ask about anything from what to do in Delhi, where to stay, or if it’s safe for women.
If you enjoyed this video, go check out of playlist filled with street food videos from across the world. Thanks for watching, we’ll see you guys in the next video… seeya!

How I Got Sick Eating Street Food in India | Kolkata, India
This is the story of how I got FOOD POISONING IN INDIA!
While visiting Kolkata, India in October 2017, we made a vlog about our evening near the Hooghly River. We try some Indian street food (which gave me food poisoning) and had a beautiful boat ride on the peaceful river.

Jodhpur City Guide | India Travel Video in Rajasthan
Join us as we visit Jodhpur in this city travel guide covering the best things to do in the 'Blue City' of Rajasthan, India. Our travel video in Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) covering the 'sun city' focusses on visiting Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) for some incredible views of the city and heading over to the Sardar Market (सरदार बाजार) nearby the Ghanta Ghar clock tower of Rajasthan where you can find great places to shop and grab Rajasthani cuisine (राजस्थानी खाना) and a saffron lassi. We especially recommend Jhankar restaurant where we had the best Rajasthani Thali (थाली) and regular Thali during our entire India travels. Jodhpur (जोधपुर) is also worth exploring on foot or tuk-tuk where you can just get lost down the myriad of colorful alleys. For dinner we suggest rooftop views at a restaurant where you can clearly see Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) lit up at night. It is just as spectacular by night as it is by day.
Things to do in Jodhpur Travel Guide:
1) Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) for incredible views of Jodphur
2) Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) for souvenir shopping, lunch and visiting museums
3) Autorickshaw ride around Jodhpur to really experience 'The Blue City'
4) Rajasthani cuisine (राजस्थानी खाना) ordering Rajasthani Thali (थाली) and saffron lassi (लस्सी)
5) Visit Ghanta Ghar clock tower of Rajasthan and Sardar Market (सरदार बाजार) for shopping, people watching and great food
Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ)
6) JHANKAR Choti Haveli Restaurant for our favorite Indian food in Jodhpur
7) Rooftop dining for views of Mehrangarh Fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) at night

Jodhpur City Guide | India Travel Series in Rajasthan Video Transcript:
Our first stop in Jodhpur was Mehrangarh Fort, which is one of the biggest forts in India. The fort sits on a rocky hill overlooking the city and it pretty much dominates the skyline with its imposing walls. Admission to the fort itself is free, but if you’ve come all the way here, you’ll want to pay the admission to visit the palaces which now act as a museum.
Within the fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) you can also visit the ramparts, see the old cannons, and get some overhead views of the city which will quickly help you realize why Jodhpur (जोधपुर) is nicknamed the Blue City.
Then, after all that food and drink, it was finally time to get lost in the blue maze that is Jodhpur.
So right now we have ended up at the Sardar Market (सरदार बाजार) just around the clock tower (Ghanta Ghar). And I would say this is both a local market and a tourist market. You can get produce and like everyday things. Yeah, you see a lot of everyday like market stalls but you also see some more ones that are geared for tourists such as the ones where you can souvenirs, carpets and saris.
Jhankar in Jodhpur (जोधपुर). Oh, it was so good Actually it was one of the best meals we've had in India so far. Yeah. So we are heading back there for dinner. And it is all about Thali (थाली) tonight. We are going to get an original Thali (थाली) and a Rajasthani Thali (राजस्थानी खाना). Because we are in Rajasthan (राजस्थान ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) and they have a special Thali so we can't wait to try that out. Now it is off to find a little tuk-tuk. Alright, lead the way. Lead the way.
And that’s it for Jodhpur! Our two-day visit was short and sweet, but it was enough to get a taste of what the city is all about.
So that is a wrap from Jodhpur (जोधपुर). So we had a really good time in the Blue City. Um, it was only two days but I felt like we did quite a bit. Did you enjoy it? Yeah, the fort (मेहरानगढ़ का दुर्ग) was magnificent and the blue city was all it was supposed to be. Yes, so now we're moving on to Jaipur. We're just waiting at the train station. So we're going to catch our train. It is about a 6 hour journey. So relatively not too long but uh yeah can't wait to update you when we get there. Ciao for now.

We Celebrated Holi In India | What To Expect
In our final episode here in India we show you what to expect when celebrating Holi in India - the colour festival.
Wow what an incredible time we had here in India - and today was the icing on top of such a memorable trip.
As we were in Jaipur for Holi we celebrated here and there's two things you can do - go to a private party (generally not celebrated with locals but instead at a hotel or event) or head out into the chaos that is the streets.
We did both, whereas the streets certainly have a more authentic and real feel of Holi - we did have a memorable and enjoyable time - however it can get a little bit full on so we lasted about 20-30 minutes before heading back to our hotel Just something to be aware of :)
We highly suggest you come to India during this time - Holi is like nothing we have ever experienced

Gorgeous Heritage Property Rohet Garh In Rajasthan | Curly Tales
Aaah Rajasthan! A tale of royalty, regalness and love. If luxury and royalty is your call, read on because we have found a gorgeous property, situated in a rural village, that will treat your like a Maharaja/Maharani.
Rohet Garh is a classified Heritage Hotel in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Named after the village of Rohat, where it is located, Rohet Garh - which literally translates to House of Rohet - has been developed over the course of 15 years. This heritage property was once the abode of the then Maharaja of Rohat and has been passed down through generations. The property has been nurtured and developed with great love and care by the family into one of the finest Heritage hotels in the country.
Rohet Garh is seated right on the banks of a lake with a temple in the horizon. The only sounds to be heard are the chirping of the birds, the call of the peacocks & the whoosh of tranquility. Like an oasis in a desert, Rohet Garh is blessed with a sprawling lawns and manicured gardens. I found myself seated on these lawns as time stood still and the smell of the fresh Earth wafted by.
Another one of my favourite spots would have to be the superb swimming pool with four charming pavilions. Often dinner is served by the poolside as folk musicians enliven the evening atmosphere. An elegant, beautifully appointed lounge, serene verandahs, and terraces with breathtaking views, make perfect venues for relaxation.
The Rooms
The rooms of Rohet Garh are an ode to a time gone by - quite literally. The thirty-four individually decorated rooms retain an element of old world charm and the family has been careful not to mess with the original structure. Each room is blessed with Rajasthani artwork, mirrored cushions and a balconette of sorts with a view of the lake camouflaged against the brown mud.
The Cuisine
Rajasthani cuisine and service is legendary and Rohet Garh lives up to every bit of Rajasthani tradition. It proudly boasts of the finest kitchens in traditional cuisine. The chefs have been trained by the lady of the house, the late Thakurani Sahiba, who was the author of Cuisine of Rohet Garh and Quick and Easy Rajasthani Cuisine, the former published due to popular demand from our guests. Many have called their meal at Rohet Garh, their best in India.
Indulge in an authentic Rajasthani Thali as you watch the sun dip into the horizon or learn how to cook authentic laal maas from the Prince himself. If Rajasthani fare is not the only thing you wish to eat, indulge in more continental fare instead. the options are plenty and the meals fantastic.
The Guests
The peace and tranquility of the environs have drawn writers from around the world. Rohet Garh has had the honour of hosting some of the most respected names in the literary world. Bruce Chatwin and William Dalrymple practically lived at Rohet Garh for four to five months working on their respective books, The Song-lines and The City of Djinns. Patrick French too is a friend of the family’s and has spent time at Rohet Garh, as did Simon Winchester and Jeffery Morehouse.
