The Park borders the municipalities of Initao and Libertad. The 54-hectared- woods has been a home to fauna and flora. To those people who loves to commune with nature, this is a perfect place. Aside from enjoying nature, fun-filled activities can be done here as well. Functions halls,shades, adventure pursuits has been develop to fully nurture the relationship between man and nature.

????Lasang Secret Adventure Park is a part of Initao-Libertad Protected Landscape & Seascape which is located in Misamis Oriental.
The term “LASANG” means forest. It is a limestone forest which is managed and maintained by the provincial government as an eco-tourism and corporate events destination.
It is about 42 km away from Iligan City or about an hour and half travel time.
HOW TO GET THERE?
???? We rode a Cagayan-bound bus to get to Lasang. Fare is only 40PHP.
It is not hard to find since it can be clearly spotted in the highway.
NO CORKAGE FEE so you can bring any foods and drinks with you ????
ENTRANCE FEE for adults is 15PHP only and 10PHP for kids. For foreigners wishing to visit and explore the forest, they are priced 80PHP each.
Cottages and benches range from 15PHP to 300PHP only. There are also conference halls which you can rent for special occasions and formal events.
When visiting to Lasang, make sure to come early because their closing time is at exact 4:30 PM. Make sure to follow their rules and regulations because law-breakers are not tolerated.

Best Swimming Cagayan de Oro - Initao White Beach 2019
Do you want to know where to find the best swimming in Cagayan de Oro?
CDO is not renowned for its beaches, but you can find some nice swimming spots not too far away.
My favorite spot is Initao White Beach..
Heading west from Cagayan de Oro it will take about one hour to get there.
Previously I've visited Initao on a weekend and it has been a little busy. This time we went there on a beautiful sunny day during the week and it was almost deserted.
There are a number of resorts on the beach front and they will charge a small entry fee for access to the beach. There is however access to the beach right before you get to the first resort.
The sand at Initao is white and soft, and the water crystal clear.
There are some areas in the water that are a little hard on the feet, with dead coral or rocks. But it's easy to find large areas of white sand.
If you like the beach and don't mind a drive of around one hour, the White Sand Beach at Initao is definitely one of the best swimming spots around Cagayan de Oro.
