We reach Day four of our little tour of Ireland on our motorbikes and see's us riding to Boyle and then up along a Lake to Carrick on Shannon . It Rains as standard on this motorcycle trip ha ha But the Drift Ghost S has dried out enough for a bit of commentary to be done.

Motorcycle Tour of Ireland (Fat Lad on a Bike) Day 1 of 6 Scunthorpe to Holyhead Ferry to Athlone
This is Day One of Touring around Ireland on our motorbikes consisting of riding from Scunthorpe to the ferry terminal at Holyhead, travelling across to Ireland then journeying from Dublin Ferry terminal to Athlone in about the centre of Ireland. Here will be our basecamp and from the bed and breakfast we are staying at will travel each day on our motorcycles to various destinations using a drift ghost s helmet camera and a drift stealth 2 action camera to capture footage of the tour. Also will be using a panasonic x900 handheld high definition video camera to record footage when we are not on the bikes.

Motorcycle Tour of Ireland (Fat Lad on a Bike) Day 2 of 6 to Tipperary, Carrick on Suir and Kilkenny
Day Two of the Ireland Tour where you see us travelling a 241 mile round trip passing through Tipperary then Carrick on Suir onto Kilkenny and back to basecamp the Bed & Breakfast Arch House in Athlone (Highly Recommended by the way).
Athlone being a great place to stay as its about centre of Ireland and a great starting point to go about anywhere you want. Still having problems with the Drift helmet cameras but managed some riding footage but without commentary which i think makes it.

Motorcycle Tour of Ireland (Fat Lad on a Bike) Day 6 of 6 Dublin & the journey home
This is day six of the touring Ireland series and features the groups journey home including a stop off at the city of Dublin where you can see the Spire of Dublin, the Jim Larkin statue and also a very brief glimpse of the The Convention Centre Dublin in the Dublin Docklands which was opened in September 2010. The Convention centre overlooks the River Liffey at Spencer Dock.

Cycling in Ireland | Exploring the Wicklow Mountains
I'm In Ireland, actually in County Wicklow to be precise and of course I've bought my bike. After building it back up I go exploring around the Wicklow Mountains National Park.
The weather isn't great but the scenery is stunning as I recce the local area.

First enduro ride of 2020 Ireland
Carrick DH 2019. Handy Enduro lines around the bigger stuff
Ireland, County Wicklow, Carrick Mountain.
Grade - Difficult, Red. Steep rocks into a rough rock garden at the start, but plenty of roll able chicken lines around the big jumps/drops to the bottom where there is a hard root covered steep section to finish.
Motorcycle Tour of Ireland (Fat Lad on a Bike) Day 5 of 6 Galway Bay
Day 5 of the Ireland Tour see's us riding to Galway Bay and then on to a coastal route until plans change. This is the penultimate days riding as the next day will be the journey home. Using the drift ghost S helmet camera again as its finally dried out I do get to actually do a little commentary on this video and once again a few photo's are shared using the Canon 5D mkiii.
