This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-storey vacation home is located in a gated community of Weston Hills. The community features a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, children's play area and aquatic play pool, a community pool, and a nature trail.
The Weston Hills community is only a short drive from Disney World and other central Florida attractions. Also, only a few minute's drive is the Louisa State Park featuring its own beach, nature trails and fishing.
All of the essential amenities including a bank, gas station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, CVS and Walgreen's Pharmacies, post office and a variety of other shops, restaurants, and local pubs are only minutes away that cater to every taste and budget. Championship golf courses are within a few miles of this community.
The home is very spacious, boasting all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation stay. The south-facing screened in pool is surrounded by a wooden privacy fence, the ideal place to relax after a day at the parks. The deck has a covered lanai with upgraded patio furniture. There are also no rear neighbours as the property looks out over a conservation area.
The bedrooms are: one with a queen bed, the nest is a full bed, and the third has twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. This home also offers a crib for smaller children. There are 3 TV's, 2 DVD's, VCR and mini CD tape player. As for the dining areas, there is enough seating for up to 12 people (formal dining area seats 6, breakfast nook seats 4 and 2 bar stools).

Stamford () is a city in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States. According to the 2010 census, the population of the city is 122,643. As of 2017, according to the Census Bureau, the population of Stamford had risen to 131,000, making it the third-largest city in the state (behind Bridgeport and New Haven) and the seventh-largest city in New England. Approximately 30 miles (50 kilometers) from Manhattan, Stamford is in the Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk Metro area which is a part of the Greater New York metropolitan area.
Stamford is home to four Fortune 500 Companies, nine Fortune 1000 Companies, and 13 current 100 Companies, as well as numerous divisions of large corporations. This gives Stamford the largest financial district in the New York metropolitan region outside New York City itself and one of the largest concentrations of corporations in the United States.
