She's a spacious 47' Catamaran. We do only private charters, so you're never on a crowded boat. There is no schedule. You get to choose where we go and how long we stay.
We make sail out of Port Charlotte, FL, which is about halfway between Tampa and Naples. We're on Charlotte Harbor which is the second largest harbor in Florida.
One of the cool things about our charters is that within a few hours of sailing the harbor, we reach the inner-coastal waterway. You can anchor off of some of the secluded barrier islands which offer unspoiled beaches, pine forests, and great kayaking.
If you don't want to sail the inner-coastal we can sail into the wide open spaces of the Gulf of Mexico.
The spacious trampoline between the bows is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a good book. The salon has panoramic views and seating for eight. With ceiling fans and portholes for ventilation. Below decks, are four private staterooms with their own bathroom.

This week we made a 90 Mile run from our home in Tavernier FL in Pathfinder's 23 HPS down to Key West. There is endless possibilities on the island but this time we chose to visit the local sandbar and disturb the peace on Duval.

Drone video: Cuban refugee's arriving on US Soil in the Marquesas Keys
Saturday April 2nd My friend and I went out with our friend and Captain, Captain Billy Delph on a fishing charter and this is what we found! Continue reading below for full story.
We rounded one of the islands in the marquesas, while I was trying to get some good footage with my drone(DJI Phantom 3 professional), when we spotted this group of 21 Cuban refugee's men, women, and teenagers. They told us their craft had just hit the beach 10 minutes prior to our arrival.
As you can see they are ecstatic about having arrived on US Soil. Captain Billy Delph promptly got on the radio and Alerted the Coast guard as to their position of which they replied that they would send some boats right away.
In the meantime we asked them to come to the other side of the island where we gave them all the food and water we had left. They were very grateful as you can see from the video. They proceeded to tell us their passing had taken 18 hours and 20 minutes. Upon receiving the Ok from the Coast Guard we went on our way. On the way in we passed coast guard and customs and border enforcement boats on their way to pick them up.
It was an Incredibly rewarding experience for me and the rest of us on board to have made these brave people's first contact with the Americans and the Unites States as great as we possible could have!

Destination boating road trip has almost reached the end location. But not without an adventure. Yesterday we visited Mount Rushmore but left too late to complete the remainder of our 11 ½ hour road trip. After a later stop in Bismarck, ND we continue on without a hitch. That is until we arrive at the border of Canada. In true to our luck form the border crossing site #10 had unknowingly to us been closed, on the Canadian side, two days prior. Why you might ask? Because they found asbestos in the building. This caused us to retrace our steps South and take a gravel road approximately 20 miles away to the next crossing. At the border they search the car, standard protocol for crossing the border in a car owned by someone else. The border patrol agents were very thorough but polite. Once we get through we reach our final destination. Winnipeg, Manitoba to meet up with some boating friends from Florida. This is just the beginning of The Boat Life, Canadian Edition.

As hurricane Irma approaches the Naples Florida area, residents in the area of Marcos Island have heeded the hurricane warning and vacated the beaches and left them empty as the waters erode the beaches away. Parking lots have been left empty as residents take refuge from the hurricane.
