Sea Foam on Beach - Like Tossa de Mar, Spain, near Barcelona - Pollution? Industrial Waste?
Sea foam accumulating on the beach, just like the foam that's washing into the coastal town of Tossa de Mar. This reminds me of the streets of a seaside town near Barcelona that was flooded with sea foam. What is it? Is it naturally occurring?

TRAVEL WITH ME | BARCELONA & CADAQUÈS
Welcome to my Europe travel Vlogs! This the first of a few where my dear friend Kaylee and I start our trip out in Spain!
I hope you enjoy! Please Subscribe so you can follow along in our adventures.
My first time fully out of the country. I joined my dear friend, Kaylee, in California spent a couple of days getting an awful tan line and shopping for snacks! We took off Sunday afternoon on our way to Iceland! We arrived in Iceland with 4 hours until the next flight so we sat at ‘ Jo and the Juice ‘ ( which btw is the best cafe ever! ) and chatted until our next flight. Our final flight was around 7 hours which made us arrive close to midnight in Barcelona. It took a while to figure out where we had to go, and barely got out of the train station before they closed. It was dark, NO ONE around and we walked around trying to find our way to our Airbnb before asking someone to help us.
Pro tip: when staying at an Airbnb, make sure to ask for clear directions from the place you arrive (like an airport/bus/train station) to the Airbnb.
The next morning We explored around Barcelona until our feet hurt, as it rained off and on we went to the beach that was pretty but smelled like snails. Lol, We ate lots of good food, walked back and forth trying to find sights, and had to go back to our Airbnb for an outfit change a few times. At first, it was pouring, then sunny and hot and muggy.
The next day we explored the hills in Barcelona hiking on some random trails finding cool buildings and performers singing their heart out!
The third day we packed up our bags and headed off to Cadaques Spain. It was quite the adventure… LONG ADVENTURE…
We got to the bus station moments to late to get to Cadaques, Then had to decipher the train system.
Pro tip: plan your bus rides out AHEAD of time! There are apps and websites to book train rides. Check out the bus schedule the day before! Always!
We arrived in Figures and had to wait for many hours before heading to Cadaques. And we arrived there at midnight. Again took some time to find the location.
Once we did we went straight to bed.
Our Airbnb was a dream! The morning we explored the town, enjoying the stunning view. Eating Pizza, Rabbit, and Sangrias. Right next to the beach we took some free tango lessons. Got to dance with some cute old men and enjoy the music by the sea. After we walked all around the little shops, then took a trail on the side of the sea out of the bay. And for dinner enjoyed delicious food by the water
The day after was windy, and a bit chilly… But I wore a dress nevertheless
I love this place so much, reminds me of a mini Greece and for sure want to return someday.
STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT VIDEO WHERE WE HEAD TO FRANCE!
Barcelona
I am very much into video / film making and I took the opportunity to improve my skills a little when I went on a trip to the Spanish Coast. I wanted to create something to remind me of the beautiful days that I have spent in Barcelona - a city, that brought me great memories, joyful moments and has me waiting to go back there.
Sidenote: Every Sequence was filmed with my iPhone 6. Everything was edited and put together in iMovie. And the music was created by me in Garage Band. Thank you Mac Book Magic!
Beautiful Barcelona - Spain
A quick glimpse of Barcelona, Spain with my tiny tour guide before I ran with the bulls in Pamplona at the San Ferim Festival. We visited the Sagrada Familia, Arc De Triomf and Park Guell and ate all the tapas and seafood that we could handle.
The city is one of my favorites in all of Europe as it mixes the beaches with a laid back vibe and a bit of grit and grime to it. It almost reminds me of San Francisco if I had to compare it to an american city. Hopefully Ill be able to return one day to experience mo
Unfortunately one of my memory cards was corrupted so most footage was lost - running with the bulls is no more.

The BEST rated food in Barcelona Quimet y Quimet tapas bar
Best rated restaurants.
Google 4.5 star Rating
The is one of the best places I've had tapas so far in Barcelona. The food here was outstanding, not only was the presentation inviting but also the food was out of this world packed with flavours in every bite. I love it when I can find a place like this and leave so happy. I like to think of tapas as a very simple meal but it every dish should be cooked with excellence, simple with a complex taste and I think that's what makes such an immense difference when eating 5 star tapas compared to some peppers thrown in a pan and on a plate. It seperates Tapas & a simple dish, it gives the word tapas it's meaning back.
Thank you Quimet y Quimet for reminding me and educating people on the word Tapas. How a few simple ingredients can be turned into more than just a few ingredients on a plate.

Torre Calatrava - Montjoic, Barcelona, Spain
On a beautiful Saturday afternoon I was able to get some great shots of Torre Calatrava. It can't help but remind me of the spaceliner in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, hence the theme music

Spain 2017: Day 2 Montserrat and Barcelona
Day 2 of our trip in Spain. We started early and got breakfast at the hotel that we were staying at. Moving on, we decided that we needed to pick up some food for a picnic lunch.
After going to grab the grub for breakfast, we then made our way to Montserrat. This was an amazing place, and we were supposed to be able to go up to the summit via a funicular. Unfortunately, it was out of commission though. Instead we just stayed a little longer at the Santa Maria de Montserrat Abbey.
Next we made out way down the mountain and back towards Barcelona. We made a pit stop at the Temple of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This reminded me of the Christ the Redeemer in Brazil. It was a crazy cool temple, and the funniest this was there was a theme park right next to it.
From there we went to the Magic Fountain at the Montjuïc area of Barcelona. Getting there a little too early for the show, we ventured a little distance to get some food, before returning for the show.
After the water fountain show, I dropped my family off at the hotel we were staying at, and returned the rental car. I made my way back to the hotel and that is where we ended our night.

????Taking the new high speed train (AVE) from Barcelona to Cordoba. Vlog23 (4K)
I had trouble using the Eurorail pass in Barcelona trying to book at the last minute. I had to go to Cordoba first and then catch another train to Malaga. I traveled on one of the new AVE (high speed trains) here in Spain. When I got to Cordoba and felt the warm Spanish sun and people, it reminded me how much I love Spain.
NATALIA CLAVIER no volverá.mp4
about this song:
My name is Natalia Clavier and I'm a singer-songwriter. I was born in Buenos Aires, but when I was 23 I moved to Barcelona. I consider Barcelona as my second hometown.
Barcelona had a big effect on my music. I was living in a multi-cultural neighborhood. People from Pakistan, Argentina, France, the US, Germany, people from all over the world. So, I would hear of course Spanish music like flamenco, but combined and mixed with music from different cultures and countries.
If I have to pick one song to talk about the influence that Barcelona had on my music it would be No Volvera.
You can hear a little bit of Catalan rumba, which is a rhythm from Barcelona. It was created by an Argentinean guy and now that I think of it it's kind of funny. And the way I'm singing is a fusion from Buenos Aires and the Spanish from Barcelona, which is different from the Spanish in Madrid.
The lyrics are funny because it talks about smoking too much. Not tobacco precisely. And that reminds me of Barcelona as well.
