Kakkathuruthu is a small island near to Aroor, Kerala. Once you reach the boat jetty, hop into a boat and cross the waters to reach this beautiful paradise.
Watch the sunset and roam around the island. The friendly locals makes this exploration even more warm.
Must wait till the sunset to see the pink color rays of the sun making this place magical.
Please note : Not much shops inside the island. Wear casual dress and also footwear with good grip, avoid wearing heels.
Carry a bottle of water and umbrella if it is monsoon season.
Can avoid going to this island during monsoon as the boat crossing can be quite risky for outsiders.
