Pulau Kapas, Terengganu | Malaysia
Kapas Island is an island off Marang in Terengganu, Malaysia. Pulau Kapas means Cotton Island, a name given to it by locals, due to its soft white beaches. Kapas is a designated marine park its white-sand beaches are some of the cleanest in Malaysia, and the aquamarine waters are ideal for sea kayaking and snorkeling. Kapas Island is situated offshore about 30 minutes by slow boat or 10 minutes by fast boat from Marang jetty, 20 minutes south of Kuala Terengganu. Relatively isolated from the hustle and bustle of the mainland, this island is the perfect getaway for those looking for some blissful relaxation. Marang Jetty provides ample secured parking lots for RM7 per day.

Best bercuti di Pulau Kapas weh serius, Pulau Kapas merupakan salah sebuah pulau pelancongan yang tercantik di Malaysia. Masyarakat tempatan memanggilnya Pulau Kapas kerana pasir pantai di pulau ini yang putih bagaikan kapas. Apa yg best dkat sini ialah pantainya yang cantik, air laut di perairan pulau yang jernih dan pemandangan dasar laut yang cantik menjadikan aku sungguh tenang apabila berada disini. Jarak antara Pulau Kapas dengan pingir pantai Marang ialah sekitar 6km, dimana masa perjalanan untuk pergi dengan menaiki bot hanya sekitar 15-30 minit. Pulau Kapas kaya dengan Flora dan Fauna semula jadinya yang dijaga. Sekitar bulan 10 hingga bulan 2, pulau ini akan ditutup buat sementara waktu kepada orang awam disebabkan musim monsoon di Pantai Timur dan ianya akan dibuka semula kepada orang awam sekitar akhir bulan Feb atau Mac 2018.

Part 1 of our three days holiday in Kapas Island in West Malaysia. Kapas is the Malay word for cotton. In this video you can see the different accommodations and activities in the island. You can reach the Marang Jetty after four to six hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. From Marang Jetty, there is a boat that goes to the Kapas Island and the travel time takes about thirty minutes.

Kapas Island is a small island off the coast of Marang, Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. During the monsoon season which spans between the months of November and February, big swells will wrap around the island and break on the eastern side of the island called Ujung Tenggara. It is a great place for beginners as well as intermediate surfers. Do remember to bring reef booties as it is a reef bottom break.

Voyage aux îles Perhentians ( Pulau Perhentian) et sur l'île de Kapas (Pulau Kapas) en Malaisie. (Malaysia islands)

Pulau Perhentian Besar, (Big island) le shark point et la turtle bay (pour voir des requins et des tortues) sont accessibles depuis flora bay en kayak, à pied en passant dans la jungle ou en bateau.
Pulau Perhentian Kecil (Small island) pour un séjour au camping nommé orang outan camp en pleine jungle, puis à la découverte des plages de l'île, Long beach, Romantic beach, Mira beach, bon endroit pour le snorkeling.

Kapas Island Malaysia: Best snorkeling in Asia!
Kapas Island in Malaysia is a true tropical paradise! Picture amazing beaches, blue seas and a castaway vibe. Kapas Island also has some of the best snorkeling in Asia.
I visited Kapas Island (Pulau Kapas), as part of my five month trip around Asia. Basing ourselves in the Kapas Turtle Valley chalets, we took to the seas everyday for snorkelling.
In addition to hundreds of different species of colourful fish, the waters around Kapas Island Malaysia have some incredible sections of coral reef. This snorkelling in Kapas the number one activity, and one you could never get bored of. We stayed on the island for a week, and didn't want to leave!
This is my first time filming underwater with the GoPro, and I was holding the camera in my hand. I'm probably known more for my bike touring vlogs, so this made a bit of a change!
I hope you enjoy the film, and if you are planning a trip to Asia, try to add a visit to Kapas Island into your travel itinerary. I hope you'll love it as much as I did!
