The Crows Nest Hwy, riding west of Midway, BC
After passing through the west Midway community, the Crows Nest Highway follows the base of the mountains on its way to crossing the Kettle River just a few miles east of Rock Creek.
Just west of the bridge crossing there is a campground, an RV park and a golf course.

Ep 03 - Kinnaird Ravine to Capilano Footbridge (Running Edmonton's River Valley Trails)
Edmonton's river valley is home to one of the most beautiful intercity trail systems I've ever seen. This project is in an attempt to show them off to potential visitors and the unadventurous citizens that live here.
The first section of this run I didn't even know was there until I was trying to determine where to run and discovered Kinnaird Ravine just off 82nd St. Starting in a playground the trail gradually leads you down into the river valley through a bunch of ups and downs. The trail continues between the North Saskatchewan River and the Highland Golf Course where it eventually leads you up a steep hill to get to the Capilano Footbridge where I don't think I've ever had a bad view even during the worst of the weather.
It's a fun trail which many people choose to enjoy on beautiful fall days such as this one. Hope you enjoy it.

Paddling Split Rock Creek from Split Rock Park in Garretson, SD to Palisades State Park on 6-24-2018. The level was 6.1 feet according to the NOAA gauge.

Speedo Creek - Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia
Speedo Creek is located up the Wolverine Valley, close to the long railway tunnels through the Rocky Mountains. Local expert, Dr. Charles Helm, believes that very few people have seen the waterfall on recently named Speedo Creek due to it's limited accessibility.
