Kivach Nature Reserve (Russian: Кивач заповедник) (also Kivach) is a Russian 'zapovednik' (strict nature reserve) established in 1931 to study and protect taiga of the Republic of Karelia. The site includes the famous 10.7 meter Kivach waterfall on the Suna River. The reserve is situated about 20 km northwest of the town of Kondopoga in the Kondopozhsky District. It covers an area of 10,880 ha (42.0 sq mi).

Мы съездили:
- на заповедник/водопад Кивач - это рай для фотографов, которым нужна ЗИМНЯЯ СКАЗКА в кадре!
- Питомник Husky MOA - именно в нём живут те самые собаки, которые вместе с Федором Конюховым покоряли в 2013 году Северный полюс.
Те из вас, кто мог подумать, что хаски страдают в питомниках - это не так. Им по природе заложено бегать по несколько километров в день, они обожают холод, не умеют лаять и любят людей!
Планируем сделать тур на упряжках следующей зимой.
- национальный музей республики Карелия в Петрозаводске. Обязательно потрогайте там петроглифы, которым 6 000 лет !
- ресторан Фрегат (Frigate) в Петрозаводске. Карельская кухня - идеальна для любителей рыбы.
