Walk in Nakamura Park[Hideyoshi-Kiyomasa] , Nagoya JAPAN.

We walked through the Nakamura Park in Nagoya known as Sengoku warrior · Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Kato Kiyomasa's birthplace. There is also a statue of the birth of Mr. Kanzaburo Nakamura, the first generation of Kabuki.
From Nagoya Municipal Subway / Higashiyama Line 'Nakamura Koen Station', you will arrive at Nakamura Park in about 5 minutes on foot through Otorii. Inside the park there is a hall of Toyokuni Shrine, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Kiyomasa Kato's birth stone monument and a statue of bronze are arranged.
In addition, there are large ponds and Japanese style gardens, walking paths, shops, children's playgrounds for children to play in the park, and it is also a place to relax for those living in the neighborhood and Nagoya city. There are some people who have bad images because there is a bicycle race field behind, but there is not such a thing. It's a quiet and nice park.
It is nice to go to the morning market nine cities on the approach route on the day that the ninth month goes on so you can go and see for it.

Kato Kiyomasa
Katō Kiyomasa (加藤 清正, July 25, 1561 – August 2, 1611) was a Japanese daimyō of the Azuchi-Momoyama and Edo period. He was one of the three senior commanders during the Seven-Year War (1592–1598) against the Korean dynasty of Joseon. Together with Konishi Yukinaga, he captured Seoul, Busan and many other cities. He defeated the last of the Korean regulars at the Battle of Imjin River and pacified Hamgyong.
During the Battle of Sekigahara, Kiyomasa remained in Kyūshū. Believing that the Toyotomi would fall without the help of the Tokugawa (and the hatred he had of Ishida Mitsunari commanding the Toyotomi forces), he sided with the eastern army of Tokugawa Ieyasu. For his loyalty to the Tokugawa, Kiyomasa was rewarded with the former territories of his rival Konishi (who had sided with Ishida), which when added to his existing territory, increased the Kumamoto domain to around 530,000 koku.

Nagoya Castle (名古屋城) is a Japanese castle located in Nagoya, Japan. Nagoya Castle was built in 1612 by Shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu.
Nagoya Castle was built in the beginning of the Edo Period as the seat of one of the three branches of the ruling Tokugawa family, the Owari branch.

How to Pronounce Kiyomasa Kato
Learn how to say Kiyomasa Kato with Japanese accent.
Kiyomasa Kato (katoh kiyomasa): In Japanese, it can be written as 加藤清正 .
Kiyomasa was born in what is now Nakamura-ku, Nagoya (situated in contemporary Aichi District, Owari Province) to Katō Kiyotada. Kiyotada's wife, Ito, was a cousin of Toyotomi Hideyoshi's mother. Kiyotada died while his son (then known as Toranosuke) was still young. Soon after, Toranosuke entered with Hideyoshi, and in 1576, at age 15, was granted a reward of 170 koku. He fought in Hideyoshi's army at the Battle of Yamazaki, and later, at the Battle of Shizugatake. Owing to his achievement in that battle, he became known as one of the Seven Spears of Shizugatake. Hideyoshi rewarded Kiyomasa with a reward of 3,000 koku.
When Hideyoshi became the kampaku in the summer of 1585, Kiyomasa received the court title of Kazue no Kami (主計頭) and junior 5th court rank, lower grade (ju go-i no ge 従五位下). In 1586, after Higo Province was confiscated from Sassa Narimasa, he was granted 250,000 koku of land in Higo (roughly half of the province), and given Kumamoto Castle as his provincial residence. - from Wikipedia

Samurai
Samurai , usually referred to in Japanese as bushi or buke , were the military nobility of medieval and early-modern Japan. According to translator William Scott Wilson: In Chinese, the character 侍 was originally a verb meaning to wait upon or accompany persons in the upper ranks of society, and this is also true of the original term in Japanese, saburau. In both countries the terms were nominalized to mean those who serve in close attendance to the nobility, the pronunciation in Japanese changing to saburai. According to Wilson, an early reference to the word samurai appears in the Kokin Wakashū , the first imperial anthology of poems, completed in the first part of the 10th century.
